Amazing property and attentive staff

3 out of the 4 front desk staff I dealt with were exceptional. (Older guy, 2 ladies with tattoos). The guy I checked in with not so much. There was construction going on, pool was closed the whole 5 days I was there, only one tv worked in my room, surprised parking fee of $12/day. Which the fella told me they would only charge me for a day.. we will see if that holds true, room looked nice but there seemed to be some allergens in there as my family and kept sneezing everytime we got back.

Very clean, staff nice

The hotel was okay. Not the nicest Mariott I’ve stayed at but not the worst. Pool was not open due to remodeling. I’m sure I just missed that when booking. Didn’t have enough towels or blankets. Took forever for them to get them to us. Staff was not super pleasant.

John is without doubt the biggest asset to this hotel! We had an issue when checking in due to information not being shared with us from Hotels.com however John was so honest and helpful with us. Not only did he adjust things due to the issue he helped us with alternative things to do! Honestly the best service I’ve ever received when checking in! Thank you John! Oh, the breakfast was good too!

Very accommodating! They let us check in early and provided a shuttle to the cruise port and airport

There was good structure going out of the front

Easy to find right off of highway. We weren't told there would be parking fees. $12 per stay however they were so nice to wave the fee because the pool and hot tub were inaccessible and closed during our stay. Which we were looking forward to for our stay.

Great hotel! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was wonderful. The only downside was that we couldn’t use the pool because it was under renovation. Other than that, we had a great stay and would come back again.

The staff was very friendly and attentive but the hotel was under construction and the pool was not in operation. They should put it at the time of booking.

No access to pool or hot tub

The staff were the best, they let us have an early check on, because plans changed. As helpful as could be.

Staff at check in were extremely friendly and helpful with great restaurant suggestions and quick back route to rental car drop off. Friendly kitchen staff had a warm breakfast out early for our departure

Always a pleasure to stay at Springhill Suites and would recommend.
