Exceptional

Very nice new room. The staff were exceptionally nice. We had to worry for transport from the airport to the hotel, and then from the hotel to the cruise port all through the hotel! Hundred percent recommend! The breakfast was nice as well! Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area

I chose this hotel for a few reasons, one being the airport shuttle. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and I missed the last shuttle. I was on business, so I liked that this hotel was about 5 minutes from the airport. This is also a pet friendly hotel and the pet fee was reasonable compared to other hotels. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. The standout for this stay was the front desk gentleman, John. He was incredibly helpful with resources and recommendations. Complimentary breakfast was the usual. I didn't use it but the pool looked clean and refreshing for a dip. The timing of my stay (late Sept of 2026) coincided with renovations at the hotel. So there was quite a bit of noise.

They should have a coin laundry for guests.

The rooms were a Great size with everything I needed in them. The shuttle service was a A+. They were there when needed which was a giant plus going back and forth from Airport The hotel was under construction so alot of areas in the hotel was dirty and incomplete. The elevators looked horrible but are under construction so I cant judge to harshly. I also wish the sinks were inside the bathrooms. You have to walk outside the bathroom to use sink and wash hands.

The hotel was being renovated the buffet breakfast area was not enough help and the food was cold. Our room was a handicap room that was all there was available. The room it's not as clean as I wanted to be. I feel the price that I paid for the room is too high. I could have stayed at a better Hotel with a lower price. Would not recommend that hotel.

Staff was very helpful, but hot tub was out of commission, and the hotel is under renovation. If you’re a reader, bring your own lights because there is not enough light in the rooms.

Clean room, friendly staff. Not the best gym, alright pool. Continental breakfast is fairly standard. Overall a decent place to stay for a great price.

Great for business trip in the area

Really nice staff. I liked the room it was pretty spacious. However, I didn’t like that there was a lot of construction work inside the hotel and outside the hotel with the nearby property doing construction work and waking us up. We lost water for few hours because of broken pipe.

Excellent! Super clean and comfortable

The property was under construction, so I can't give it too many stars. The staff was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could. They even warned us of the construction noises we could hear. I would stay there again if I were cruising out of Tampa again.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Unfortunately for us we caught them in a time with a lot of renovation happening so we had to deal with lots of dust any time we were outside of our room. Staff was overall friendly throughout the stay. Room itself was pretty clean, they missed the corners. Overall a decent stay considering the construction.
