Staff if helpful and very friendly. Location of hotel is great. You have everything around the area. You can hear planes all hours of the day due to airport being 5 minutes away lol. I did not like that there is heavy construction going on in and around the hotel. Water was cut off a day. And when it rains heavy, you can hear the water draining very loudly. Which was scary. There is absolutely nothing special about breakfast. The most bland breakfast I ever had in a hotel. And I have never paid for parking untill I booked this property. I realized too late. I probably won’t book this property again.

Got a room for the night to sleep six. Fold out couch was very small. Only room for two small children. Not teenagers.

The hotel in proximity to the airport is great. The shuttle stops running after 11pm so we missed it due to our plane being delayed. The hotel was under construction/ repairs during our stay so I expected a lot of noise which was not the case so we were relieved that we were able to sleep in. Wish it offered shuttle to the cruise port but they were helpful in getting us transportation there. Not too much around in regards to pla especially to eat so we were happy the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. Would definitely book again.

It was advertised with a pool, when we arrived the pool Was out of service for repairs. We should have been told that.

The complimentary breakfast had a very limited selection with very few options to choose from. The bathroom was also not clean, with mold and dust visible throughout. In addition, the microwave in my room stopped working in the middle of warming my food, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the property, and lack of transparency about the renovations did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend staying here until the renovations are complete and the property is better maintained.

Breakfast was nice, good options. The front desk clerk I believe his name was John. Wifi was really really bad. Kept disconnecting every couple minutes. The pool also has a lot of debris in it.

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Tampa. We booked a room that comfortably fit our family of 6 for a stay before our cruise. John was extremely friendly and helpful. He communicated with us ahead of our arrival and provided clear instructions for the hotel shuttle as well as the shuttle to the cruise ship terminal. The breakfast had a great selection and we enjoyed the hotels close proximity to a couple shopping malls and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again for future visits. Thank you John for making us feel so welcome!

The hotel was undergoing maintenance and upgrades. No pool, water off for several hours one day, workers left wet floors in elevators that had plywood walls, breakfast buffet was terrible and cold. The desk clerk asked how our stay was and I told her. She did remove the pet fee but it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

We had a good stay.

Great hotel! We stayed a night before leaving on a cruise. Loved that they had a free shuttle to pick us up at the airport and take us to the hotel. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean! I got uber to port the next day and it was $35. The pool was not working but that was ok since we weren’t there very long. Would have been a bummer if we weren’t there longer. Breakfast was good!! I would recommend and will stay again if in the area!
