Well renovated common areas and outside, not the rooms. Was okay..

I do stay here frequently for business, and it is always nice to stay here. Very clean and friendly staff. Very accommodating.

This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Tampa. Great location, very close to food and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. Will stay at this place when I visit again.

Clean rooms

There is no free breakfast. you have to pay 15.00 a day for parking. Most of the rooms are adjoined so it can get noisy. Had to call the front desk to calm the neighbors down best of luck

Parking could be problematic at times. Needed to return to airport for rental car mixup and management changed their shuttle bus service. We were dropped off at the terminal, late at night with a 10 year old, and had to walk back to the rental car office. Not safe and not friendly. Otherwise, regular place and regular amenities. Also still haven't received my checkout receipt, as the night clerk was too busy to print one.

The hotel charges $15 (plus tax) to park on its grounds. Parking should come with the room. It's not like people are walking to the hotel to check-in. And SALES TAX on a parking space? Just another way to squeeze money customers. And an 18% gratuity in ADDED to the bill for the buffet breakfast? I am pre-charged gratuity for nothing. The girl in the dining room asked me if I was paying cash or had a voucher, then brought the bill to me. That's not worth 18%. I prepared my own food. NEVER AGAIN HOLIDAY INN. Pay your employees more--don't expect me to.

Bad service!!!

I stayed at the holiday inn for one night and it was a great experience. The room was very clean and spacious enough for 3 people. The breakfast was good and there were healthy options. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Tampa

I enjoyed my stay

As far as the property the hallways are very dark and the doors to the rooms slam shut making it very noisy. The only part that I enjoyed was the restaurant the girl that served us was very pleasant. I will not be staying here again.
