Shuttle service very fast

The room was very clean and we had a great time. There was a little miscommunication with getting the airport shuttle. Also, the staff forgot to provide breakfast vouchers for us so that caused a mixup at breakfast. But they were very polite and quick to fix it. We appreciated their efforts and would stay again.

A parking pass was needed and we were not given it upon check in. We noticed the other cars in the lot with the pass and went in a bit later to ask about it. Was told that should have been given at check in. Also, we arrived about 15 minutes after the check in time and our room as not ready. Only took another 10 minutes or so, but still. Check in time should be when the room is ready. Everything else as fine.

Clean room

The hotel is in a good area. Walking distance for food and drink. My rom was clean. Saw a small roach wasn’t too concerned. The only issue I had the housekeeper was coming in the room when I first got there. Not sure if she had the updated paperwork, but she apologized. Check out is 12 noon. However, housekeeper was trying to come in around 9:30am. I was coming back from getting ice when she was entering my room. I said I’m not checked out yet. I guessing she did not have the list who was checked out yet. The noise in the morning or someone talking in the hallway. That was about it. Indians and Latino driven. I only saw a couple of black people. The staff were not friendly.

My stay at HI was excellent - good food, great staff, easy check-in and out, nice room.

Big hotel , elevator and long walk to room. Don’t know why they insist on the $16.13 a day parking- plenty of spaces. Other hotels including Hampton Inn, no parking fee.

I love this network. Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms.

Friendly staff Near Airport

Centered near shopping

Booked two rooms, 4 nights, one for husband and self, the other for adult son. The 2nd morning we got a call from our son saying he was covered in bites and welts and was packing to leave - bedbugs. I went to his room and saw the evidence on him as well as on the mattress. Public health RN & I know what bedbugs look like. Took pictures of the bugs as well as my son’s bites. Hotel refused to refund any of the money for the two nights we stayed. My son went to Urgent Care and had to have a steroid shot, it was so bad. We washed his clothing in hot water and ran the dryer on high. Expedia was no help, BTW. Getting my credit card involved. No photos as bedbugs aren’t family friendly.

Nice location close to the airport and nice area for dining. The rooms were spacious and renovated.

Great experiance

The property and room were very clean. I loved that you needed your room key to access your floor and the doors from the parking lot, that was an added safety feature that made us feel safe. It was an added bonus that the rooms were carpet free and had Dove products. While it is not directly downtown, but 13 minutes away when it’s not rush hour, it was not bad. Close to Tampa international. I have to say it’s not in the greatest area, but if you’re looking for a clean, secure place to stay that is close to downtown, the airport, 30 minutes to the beach, this is it. I would definitely stay here again.
