Very courteous, helpful staff. Even though they had a water shut off problem the night we were there, they compensated us, kept us up to date on the water, and always offered bottled water.

Our AC went out in our house so i booked this hotel through hotels.com. Unfortunately when we checked in at 7 pm we were told that water was going to be turned off at 8 pm till 7 am the next morning. They were doing some kind of repairs. Not ideal but we made it work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable but the place was very clean and served our needs.

Don’t book here . The room smelled disgusting it smelled like wet carpet, moldy . The towels all had some black stains on them . The refrigerator in my room didn’t work . Then when I emailed them, they offered me 10000 bonvoy points which is equivalent to $75 usd .. I wasn’t planning on ever staying here again regardless of what they offered anyway . I paid good money to stay here and the experience was horrible for me and my children .

Everything was great including the staff. The only thing I was puzzled about was having to pay $20 for parking. I could understand if they had valet parking and you paid somebody to park your car for you, but that wasn’t even the case. Oh well, other than that, it was a very nice stay.

The rooms were nice and comfortable My only complaint is that I have not yet the release of my credit card Hold even though my stay ended July 20, 2026. I was told that the release would happen within two days. Six days have passed !

Ordered Room Service for a 7:00 am delivery. It did not come until almost 7:30 am I was told they did not start until 7:00 am upon delivery. Should have been told that the night before. Also, disappointed in the to go boxes of room service. What happened to real plates and silverware? Could have went to a fast food instead of enjoying breakfast in our room. Will not be back.
