Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore

This hotel is amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The property was well taken care of and close to everything. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options and an omelet/egg station. The bar was fun and the bartenders were great. The cocktail hour was a little interesting. You couldn’t sit at the bar and order your free drinks. You had to walk to the end of the bar to order and then sit down. Be aware that parking is separate ($25/night after taxes). The only recommendation I would make would be more trash cans in the rooms. For the size of our suite there was only a small can in the kitchen area and a small can in the bathroom. I think a small can in the living area itself would be beneficial. Otherwise, we highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice and room eas clean. Everything was perfect at the hotel. Except one thing We have pain in our necks from looking at the TV sideways. Why did they put the TV on the side wall? The TV should be in front of the bed. We literally had neck pain from that.

What I like best about the hotel is its peaceful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and convenient location, especially when it's near the beach.

Great staff

I loved the spacious room and bathroom! Everything was clean. The pool was very nice also. I wish they had more options at breakfast. I don’t eat pork and all they had was pork sausages and bacon. More variety for people with different diets would be nice.

Location and made to order breakfast are pluses. While over condition of property is good, bathroom floor condition and cleanliness is not the best.

The staff. Very nice people The room was a little worn out with marks on the wall and the water pressure was very low.

We arrived at 9am and they checked us in to our room for free, offered breakfast; happy hour with veggies & chips that kids loved; big pool and nice small gym; big room w lots of amenities; location w some restaurants walking distance; shuttle to airport for the next day; dry friendly staff; great breakfast; reasonable rate. Nothing

Nothing False fire alarms, no true apology, no organization in the situation and I had just walked in the door of my 14th floor room when I had to run me and 3 kids with full luggage in our hands back down the stairs. I had asked for a larger room the day before and when I got the message saying the larger room would be available and asked, they were then sold out! Elevators did not work and staff was mediocre. This is the worst Embassy I have stayed at. The next time I cruise from this area, I will NOT pick this hotel.

That it was close to the pier and not far from the airport. There were issues with our toilet and it took about 4 hours to resolve, also we waited 30 minutes pass check in to get access to our room.

The room was very clean. The staff was outstanding.

Room not as expected , embassy has always been know for their “suite” which include a separate sleeping area. Not here! In addition to the cheap happy hour with a limit of one drink and gold fish. Mind you the drink option was for a Budweiser or coors light. Very disappointed. Do I add to the failure to have room cleaned , had to contact front office multiple times , instead of offering to switch rooms since the AC unit was leaking, they placed towels on the floor and brought a wine bottle to compensate, completely unacceptable

Breakfast was fantastic

The employee's were very welcoming. The pool was awesome we spent a great deal on time in it. The breakfast was great! The hotel could use some updating regarding the rooms. I just felt it was an expensive 2 nights and would of liked a more updated room. And then to get charged for parking really!
