Finding the parking garage was confusing, and you'll also need to be prepared to pay a $20 daily parking fee. Another disappointment was learning that the pool has been closed for over a year. Breakfast is not complimentary either, so that's an additional expense. The rooms are very small, and if you book a room with "double beds," be aware that they are actually full-size beds, not queen beds. The room itself felt outdated, with noticeable wear and damage throughout. For the price, I would much rather stay at the Holiday Inn Express down the street. I wish I had done my usual research before booking, but this was a last-minute trip. I'll be attaching photos so you can judge for yourself. My advice is to do your research before booking this hotel.

Everything was nice except I was disappointed the hotel didn’t have a pool

Everything was wonderful. The room is extremely clean. The bed was comfortable.

I stayed here before and the experience was wonderful…I’m here 2 yrs later…TOTAL DECLINE of staff, cleanliness and overall experience and quality. Pay almost $200 and you’re NOT getting your money worth. You have to pay EXTRA $20 for parking…mind you, you’re paying almost $200 and I can’t get parking? Room is somewhat dated (not too bad but yes it needs updating) Bathroom had mold around tub, Staff wasn’t friendly…except the ladies at the bar…excellent customer service! But, now because of this experience…I won’t be back I will stay elsewhere.

Broken elevators, few staff members around, rooms were basic and outdated. Food/shops were closed early

Didn’t try the breakfast

When I arrived, the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. I asked if my daughter and I could leave our bags until check-in, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I left and came back around 3 p.m. Thankfully, Sandra at the front desk completely changed my experience. She was kind, attentive, and when I asked if I could grab my carry-on for my charger, she checked my room, saw it was ready, and gave me my key. I shared my earlier frustrations with her, and she was genuinely caring. Sandra deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, and my room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The biggest positives were the convenient location near the mall, grocery stores, and restaurants, and the shuttle drivers, who were also very friendly.

So most of the elevators were out of service we ended up using the staff elevator. The pictures of the hotel are accurate. Our room felt old and in need of renovation. The toilet was running and the shower had very weak pressure and would not get warmer than lukewarm. The staff was friendly and the location is close to everything. But the room itself felt like I was in a 2⭐️ hotel. Wish it could have been a better experience for my wife's birthday.

The location was great, the hotel is beautiful, the staff was attentive. The room doesnt cool down well enough. Every where in the hotel is nice and cold except our room. We had to buy a small table fan for our room just to feel comfortable.

Location Over priced. Needs to be updated

We have stayed here many times and had no issues, but this time, lots of repair work being done in the room next to us which was REALLY loud and disruptive. Our last night there our room smelled like contact cement. Normally we are quite happy here, but if significant repairs are being done on a room, common sense would have staff keep rooms in the vicinity vacant!
