The Westshore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Tampa

Older hotel fairly well maintained. Difficulty in getting the shower to work in my room

The room was spacious yet outdated and had a smell. Bathroom fixtures in some rooms were rusted. The lobby area and surrounding was beautiful but again near the back area where the staircase was carried an old carpet smell. The fridge leaked a little. The pool is not accessible, you cannot use it, it has been that way for 3 years now and you cannot get a pass to a nearby hotel pool either. Something’s looked as if they just haven’t been touched like the phone and the desk it sat on. It wasn’t filthy but old dirt and dust I guess.

The pool has been closed for 3 years and we were not informed until after we checked in. Very disheartening.

The shower water pressure was bad other than that the hotel was pretty cool

Shuttle bus to and from airport was every 30 mins - greatly appreciated. Loved the glass elevators. A good selection of hot and cold food for Breakfast. Slight issue not knowing that we had to get vouchers for pre-paid breakfast, but this was soon sorted by the staff. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good at the hotel. I did notice some stains (looked like someone spilled coffee on the wall) on the wall when you first enter room 613 and the molding in the bathroom needs repainting. This is nothing that housekeeping and maintenance can't take care of. Otherwise, everything was fine. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice.

The hotel was beautiful ! The staff was very helpful and professional ! They need to check the light fixtures ! There was a lamp that was broken and I called for a replacement and was never called back

Our bathroom toilet kept running through the night

Booked a single king room as a kid-free anniversary treat. Childcare fell through for our date night and we had to bring the kids. They converted us to a two bed room with zero issues what so ever and gave us an extra breakfast voucher for the kids. Super friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was a little dated. I hate showers with a tube. The pluming system sucks. The tub was draining slow.

My room was very hot. The front desk staff did not seem to care about many things and I could not get a different room. It was uncomfortable for the price I paid. I will not be back.
