Great proximity to airport and restaurants!

Very good service

I booked this hotel because my flight was unexpectedly delayed. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel itself is very old and run down. I was actually nervous to be in the room alone while I was there. It’s a ground level properly and there was a lot of foot traffic.

the front entrance appeared clean with cucumber lemon water, the guy working at the counter was nice- not overly personable but a knew what he was doing and was courteous. we left before breakfast so I cannot comment on that. easy access to the air port, flying out of Tampa i would stay again.

The breakfast was nice and staff The property was inconsistent with the rooms. In December I book the 1 king bed and the tv had chrome cast so I could connect. Then this stay same king bed in another room and the tv didn’t have the cast function.

Perfect to stay when you have a late flight ✈️ , good breakfast

The hotel was basic, but very clean. However, the staff was above and beyond they were extremely helpful, especially with flight delays and cancellations they went above and beyond. I think I got better service here than I’ve ever got it any other hotel!!!

It was a good price, the location was perfect for my needs and the bed was comfortable It looked kind of old and outdated. It needs an upgrade. Also, the faucet in the shower constantly leaked

Convenient and cheap does the job. Couple of little bugs expected with a motel style but not roaches or the like. Lightening in room could be better and not easy to turn on and off in bed but it's cheap and gives you a roof

It was a short stay but staff were very accommodating. Walking distance to several restaurants & nice outdoor pool. Continental breakfast was ok.

The first room was noisy and near the laundry room, but they changed it to a quiet room after one night/day. - the problem with getting a printed bill that included the VAT number of my company. Neither booking nor the hotel wanted/could provide it. Only after a long discussion I got something with the number included.

Overall it was ok for one night the breakfast was completely substandard the ihop next door helped

Fantastic location-very good value for a very good price. Stayed two consecutive Mondays. No elevator to second floor-I didn’t care but some people would have an issue with walk-up

Cesar at the front desk was great. If possible in the future, I suggest a hot food option in the breakfast. It is not the case of not enjoying the breakfast. It is only a suggestion for improvement.
