Good location, decent prices. Needs some updates. Not bad overall.

The lighting in the lobby is too blue, to the point of feeling industrial. Refrigerator door opens the wrong way The hallway carpets need upkeep Staff hides away from the counter. There is no bell. She comes out if you notices.

Our hotel room phone didn’t work, and the key cards kept on giving us problems. There was zero shade at the pool.

Not clean. Staff left garbage in the hallways. Room smelled. Odd smells throughout hotel. Key cards did not work on multiple occasions. Bathtub was chipped and dirty. Sheets were stained.

Some of the staff was friendly, but it more of an management problem Bad smell, there were not enough staffing, kitchen with stovetop but with no pans, plates, utinsils, nothing. Room had no sheets for sofa bed, a total hassle.to go and get some. Bathrooms needs improvements, seem very deteriorated, this should have cost 25$ a night, i feel I was scammed

Not enough blankets and pillows, when requested more was only given a single blanket. Wasn’t that clean, mattress on the pull out was disgusting and no sheet on it. And families beware it’s right next to a strip club

The location The lady in the morning was rude as hell. They had no pots for us to cook

The breakfast was really bad. They only had coffee and some pancakes, and if they ran out, they didn’t refill them. The rooms were not clean, the bathtub leaked water and soaked the entire floor, and there were cockroaches in the room

The evening staff was pleasant but that was about it The accommodations vs the price. I would have expected to pay that much if this was a nicer place but nooooo

Close to airport and Raymond James stadium. Safe and clean. Had to request hair dryer and they only had one. Check in clerk was rude to my husband. He smokes and she felt the need to mention that he smelled of smoke and then spray air freshener while we stood at desk. Found that rude to do that to him in front of others.

Nothing The staff were rude. The building was run down. There were soft spots in the floor all over the hotel. The room was dingy. The ac filter hadn’t been changed in months. Not a real breakfast included just bags of oatmeal or boxed cereal.

Old. Needs to be updated. Room is sketchy. Needs a remodel bad.

Nothing it was dirty I was on vacation and had to throw out my own trash get my own paper toilet they have house keeping for only when u leave. It was crazy I would clean the pool because it was dirty. And I had a couple of bugs in my room as well. Everything continental breakfast was cup cakes and coffee everyday some employees were nasty and to top it off I was staying in a hotel that they also room homeless people which I think they should specify that they do that. It’s not fair to paying customers that want a vacation hotel not where the staying customer has to do there job I would not recommend this hotel to people for vacation stay.

Easy to find It said breakfast at 6 o’clock. We went down there at 6:30 and 7 They didn’t have breakfast ready until about 7:15 so we couldn’t stay because we had to leave for our flight.
