The property was affordable , the property was clean and comfortable ! The younger Woman had wonderful customer services and really provided really great experience. The older Woman employee was clearly frustrated and didn’t provide the best customer service!

Did not have breakfast We did very early check out Rooms smelled bad We had to switch rooms bc it was smelling a lot like cigarette, second room smelled weird too. My daughter started having asthma episode due to that smell, she had to go sleep at my son’s university dorm Overall cleaning was not great

Close to airport Ice machine not work, elevator smelled of pot, nothing offered for breakfast, asked for wake up call at 7 am never got one worst hotel I ever stayed at very gross

Exceptional

The bed was comfortable, good pillows. The towels were actually pretty soft. There were ice trays in the freezer. They were doing work on the parking lot so very limited space the first night. It was very difficult getting out the next morning. The breakfast wasn't kept up with. Couple muffins, couple packs of oatmeal, one pack of grits. No butter, couple packets of regular sugar. The rooms have a full kitchen but I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a toaster.

Friendly service. We encountered a dead coakroach in our room when we entered. There were nats in the bathroom. Towels were too small. Bedroom is not well kept. Breakfast was barely shown.

We were checked in to an uncleared room then sent to another room and had to make up the bed. The room was dated and walls were very thin meaning neighbour’s bedroom antics were heard during the night. Breakfast was incredibly sparse with only a few packets of oats and a couple of muffins. The pool had no sun loungers and only 3 chairs. There were several unsavoury characters hanging around the property. Would definitely never stay here again.

The pool was unable to be used. The front desk staff was rude. WiFi information was not provided to me upon check-in. Breakfast was unavailable too soon.
