This was our third year of staying there while celebrating an anniversary and birthday. Ms. Cynthia Victoria are always nice and professional. It’s heartwarming to see them. We plan to return next year.

Our room was prepaid after a crappy situation at the hotel next door. We get there and the girl at the front desk charged me again! This stay cost us double and we were left with no money for doing anything while down there. We're still waiting for a refund.

My family had a bedroom suite during our trip! Everything was great, the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The only complaint that I have was the bed in the bedroom was small for two people. It was advertised as a king bed but it was not. It looked more a full bed than a king. Otherwise, my family and I had a wonderful stay at this property!

The place was clean. The room was large and had a kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer with an icemaker and it had a real AC with a thermostat (not a minisplit or glorified windowshaker). Breakfast was a good, if fairly standard, hotel breakfast, and the options changed between the two mornings we were there. I enjoyed my stay there and would book there again.

Pillows smelled really bad, not sure why. breakfast was also bad but expected. AC would randomly turn on and make a loud noise and wake us up. But the worst part was the stinky pillows on the bed
