Great location for the concert we attended at the fairgrounds. Nice to have bkfst included. Would have preferred a room on the opposite side of the hotel; away from the Hwy would have been quieter. Bkfst was ok.

The rooms was real nice.The showers had good pressure.It was clean and comfortable.The hot breakfast was good There wasn't really nothing I didn't like.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE to stay for any event at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre. It's right across the street saving on parking/Uber, and traffic. 100% will be staying here again for that.

This was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The rooms were filthy. The breakfast area was filthy. The hallways were filthy. There was no stopper in the tub to bathe a child. The mattresses were awful. If I could give a negative score I would.

Staff was great and very accommodating! Right across the street from the fairgrounds/amphitheater so very convenient for the concert we went to!

The customer service was awful. It seemed like nobody worked there. The pool was gross. The room smelled weird and felt damp. The mattresses indented in the middle. The was a puddle of water when I lifted the alarm clock. The carpet was soggy. The sink was clogged but there was nobody there to help. It took 45 minutes to check in using the kiosk. It was horrible. Everything. Worst hotel experience ever
