The rooms were just okay. It's a get what you pay for kind of deal. You can definitely tell that the cleaners are very rushed to do their job because the rooms are clean but just enough so you question whether or not it's worth complaining about to the front desk. Cheap hotel decent sleep and a shower is really all you should expect

Decent hotel for the price. Check in was smooth and very nice employee. Comfortable bed with good AC. My room was above the hotel entrance so I could hear people below me talking in the smoking area until 11 pm. I'd stay again but ask to be far from the entrance. Breakfast was the usual basics. Loved seeing lots of dogs.

Worst experience ever

I didnt care for anything. The soap was complete trash. The towels were terrible. The ice machine was broken. Not soap at the sink to wash your hands with. Quality overall was low.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property was filthy from the moment we arrived. The elevators and hallways had stained, dirty carpets, and the front desk often appeared to be a social hangout rather than a professional reception area. Our room smelled strongly of mold, the floors felt damp, and the entire room appeared poorly maintained. The bathroom contained mold, dead spiders, and termite wings, and after washing my face I grabbed a clean towel only to find it covered in termite wings. There was also visible dust on the bed frame and lampshades, making it obvious the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We were so uncomfortable that we checked out at 5:00 AM because we couldn’t bring ourselves to stay another minute. After returning home, we also discovered numerous bug bites. I took photos of the room conditions and reported everything, but the only resolution offered was a $10 credit, which was completely unacceptable given the condition of the hotel. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers deserve to know what they’re paying for. This property has serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, and I would not recommend staying here.

Hairs in bathroom and stains on sheets, asked for room to get cleaned, told then we were leaving as they cleaning rooms around us didnt get cleaned, did end up getting towels delivered

Clean room, the kiosk attendant was different. Had to buy a parking pass I didn't use.

They are getting it remodeled, which is very nice is getting clean Everything was good

Place i loved it and the staff

The room was clean, but dated. There are no USB charging ports. The lamps on the walls were loose and needed to be inspected and tightened. The bathroom was small and the fixtures needed to be repaired and re-caulked/sealed in the tub/shower combo. I would recommend staying for a night or two only if you are attending a concert or event at the Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheater. This hotel is in walking distance across the road. I did not use the pool or have breakfast here. The staff was friendly and efficient with check-in and check out.

Location is the best thing going as it's right next to the fairgrounds for concerts and events. Everything thing else is just ok.

Hotel was ok Broken toilet seat, not really clean bathroom floor, and very slippery floors because of using too much soapy cleaner

The door had huge gaps and light came through on all sides. The bath tub needs a few cosmetic things done. Underneath the soap holder. The tv. We could not get on. The man came in. Said they unplugged it. But the remote did not work. I did not like learning on arrival that I would have a hundred held until I checked out. That needs to be upfront in the process

It was very close to the venue we were attending. Musty damp room, dirty sheets with dog paw prints all over it, and bugs galore in the room
