Everything is bad

Man at front desk directed me to a robot to check in while he was just standing there. Left the laundry room open the whole time and it made the hallways smell very unpleasant and not a good view for customers to see either. We had people in the room across, screaming and yelling, we walk out to see the staff just sitting there laughing about it. There was also a stain on a pillow. Bathroom had cobwebs and overall just disgusting. There were holes and rips in the curtains. The cleanliness was at an all time low. It was an experience that I would never like to experience again.

A very permanent looking sign on vending machine that waz filled with snacks said it was broken unusable.

The property was old could benefit from some updates. Carpet in hall could benefit from a good cleaning or new ones. The room smelled musty. But it was a perfect location right across from the concert we went to so I can overlook all of that. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff extremely helpful. I left my rings in the bathroom after checking out. I called and they had them waiting for me when I returned. Will definitely stay again

Video check in as no one on front desk, ice or vending not working. Very basic room and facilities. Only booked this hotel because of its location close to the amphitheater as we attended a concert there, and this was the only positive. Very easy to walk to the venue and back from here.

Run down hotel. Hotel staff non existent. Breakfast area empty and dirty!! Stay somewhere else

We stay here often for concerts and it has never been so disorganized

Wonderful, quiet stay. The pool was dirty but people were swimming . Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even called me to let me know they were saving some shirts I left behind. The bed was very comfortable with pillow top mattress. I felt very safe. Location was very convenient to I-4 and other great access roads to shopping and restaurants. Overall personally, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay again.

Hall carpet stained, wall paint dirty, room had overpowering musty smell which stayed on our jackets when we left. The beds were so lumpy, it looked as if someone was hiding under the covers when we walked in. The bathroom remodel had screws going down the side of the tub enclosure, toilet height was kindergarten size, and the sink stopper was broken, so we had to lift it out in order to keep it from overflowing. Killed two roaches in the morning. Also, the breakfast looked a little suspect, so we didn’t partake. Why did we stay? Location is great, and our concert was close to beginning. If the owners would make a real investment, this could be a really good property. As of now, nope.

When I come into a place I like to talk to a human but overall it was ok will I come back NO THANKS…..

Location is perfect. Check in and out is very good. Breakfast is terrible - barely any food, coffee, even cutleries - and this is 8am.

Perfect for a quick place to sleep Breakfast was non- existent with unidentifiable staff member walking around with a phone in her hand not doing much to bring out food, and yes, no coffee. No forks … probably best to not offer breakfast in this case!!

This place is perfectly acceptable if you're going to a concert at Midflorida and the room is less than $150. Location location location.

It was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean.

The room was clean and A/C worked great. The breakfast was very good. I did not like the check in process of a computer in the lobby. It was very impersonal and no privacy.
