Brand new & very clean property

Very clean room. However the toilet paper dispenser was broken as well as the tv remote. I couldn’t change channels on the button but the other buttons worked. Staff was very nice and attentive.

Also make sure that you pull the main door to your bedroom closed every time because it doesn’t fully shut and it’s a super heavy door and you would just assume. Other than that, the room is clean and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Could’ve been a bad room but with the cold shower water I wouldn’t come back.

I immediately called the front desk, but the employee insisted, “We don’t have bugs here.” I had to record a video and ask him to come to the room so he could see them for himself. Although they offered to move us to another room, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. We packed our bags and left, which meant our time and money were completely wasted. Looking back, I should also mention that when we first walked into the hotel, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor. At the time, I wasn’t sure what it was, but now I can’t help but wonder if it was bug spray. Unfortunately, this experience was unsanitary, unsettling, and not one I would recommend.

Nice stay

Check in is easy with courtesy from clerk. Rooms are nice size and clean. Only draw-back was no hot water night to morning. Also room facing MLK heard lot of traffic noise.

Otherwise super clean, very nice rooms with crisp cold air! Not to mention across the street from the amphitheater which was a plus!

New building so everything is modern and up to date. Lobby and all amenities are cleaned very well. Pool closes at 10 which is posted nowhere, so keep that in mind for any late night dips. Other than that staff was there when needed, and left you alone otherwise. Very solid choice for the price.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning was excellent. We visited in the heat of summer and the room stayed very cool.
