Beautiful property and super convenient for shows at the amphitheater.

We had a show to go to at 6, want not able to enjoy room experience. paid way too much for getting room almost 1-1/2 late

Everything was great, the bell hops are amazing. One dislike if it’s your first time, it’s a little hard to find your way around. Other than that, the staff is pretty friendly and even the valet is great!

The casino was large with many slots and tables. Shops and restaurants were interesting. Food and drinks at the pool bar was good. Arrived at 6:15 after a long day of flying and our rooms were not ready and we ended up in separate towers even though we requested rooms on the same floor. One pool was closed do to glass, the towel hut was unattended, no towels available. Extremely noisy not peaceful in the pool. The pool closed at 8. My room smelled of smoke even though we asked for nonsmoking rooms. Over priced hotel, pictures on the website are not representative of real hotel.

Breathtaking view through Hotel. Limited non smoking areas for the slot machines and tables.

4:00 check in & it was 6 pm before we got to our room. (& that was with us going to the desk every 30 minutes). Final excuse was “we are short on help” how is that our problem?? Rooms were ok but no better than many hotels that we’ve stayed at for half the price. Wasn’t impressed at all & would not go back.

My stay was awesome. The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The only thing I had an issue with was the bed and pillow wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been.

The room was wonderful and staff very accommodating. Love staying here!
