I flew in from out of state and paid for two nights and was charged for three nights and there were bedbugs and roaches in the room ! I even spoke to somebody the second day about the double charge they said that they would take care of it and I was still charged for a third night very unhappy and disappointed

Rooms need to be aired out and sanitize deodorize thank you filters need to be changed out. Room had unpleasant smells.

Air was super cold and water was super hot. Enjoyed having smoking rooms available.

The staff was rude and nasty

This hotel had roaches and gave me a room a non-working toilet. I wonder why my past 3 hotel stays, I am always placed in a room under or next to the staircase. The rooms are not good

I don’t recommend this motel because the room is very poor and the doors is broken… leave the customer outside long time.

Front desk lady was very nice and pleasant. Room was perfectly located as i had requested! Room was clean. However, there was no hot water all weekend for a shower :(

Infestation was so bad I ended up leaving 3am. Even if I would've stayed I wouldn't trust the breakfast. transient and disgusting on so many levels This roach motel is more for homeless transients or people with pet. Depending on your level of cleanliness, you will not be please. If you have standards do not bother. If your desperate, it'll work.

Does not accept touchless pay and I do not travel with cash and keep my cards on file with apple pay or gpay. Kept telling me to pay in cash.

The bed was comfy There was a cockroach in my room. The TV kept on not working and they said that they were trying to fix it and never did. The tub was dirty and had somebody else's hair in it. The breakfast was crap. No real food. Our room key stopped working so I had to go get it to activate again.
