No problems, but breakfast was minimal so we went out the two mornings.

Room spacious and clean front desktop in a little bit more improvements. parking lot get sketchy at night for that reason and I won’t stay there again

The next morning at 7:30 AM, a lady from the front desk knocked on our door, waking me up to tell us that the room we were in was supposed to be vacant and that we weren't showing up in their system! This was after they had literally given us the keys and everything! Honestly, I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the place, but I truly paid for something I never received. Just as they expect us to be on time for check-out, they should honor their own times and requirements to provide a proper and timely check-in!

You had to take your own garbage out, which is bad. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

I liked the utilities They charge a fee for internet and it says it's free at the website, you have to clean the trash cans, tv doesn't have internet or any streaming, the room and bathroom was dirty, there's no soap, shampoo or conditioner, they said they have breakfast but they only have coffee and muffins, very bad experience.

I didn't like the welcoming, front desk was very stressed, not having rooms ready for checking at 3 pm. Is already very late for checking, taking in consideration check out is that early at 11 am. We pay,is not for free with american dollars. But, check out was very nice, smooth and pleasant, I have to say. Thank you.

Always more to improve .. More People like the Elder Black woman and the Younger Black Woman in Housekeeping and Ms. DD the MANAGER for upfront. And If She isn't a manager then That's the area of improvement that Should take place with all 3 Women .. Promotion w/ A Rise! You'd Get your Money's Worth! Only if you have All 3 They Were and Are YOUR Power Team!!!!

Room clean and bed comfortable.

I’m not eat breakfast The room appeared clean at first, but the floors had not been properly cleaned. Walking barefoot left my feet dirty, and wiping the floor revealed a significant amount of dust and debris. I recommend stricter cleaning standards and better quality control before guests check in

There is no water pressure at all. Taking a shower was impossible. The bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen had better water pressure. The bathroom sink had no pressure as well. Very horrible accommodations.

Location Had to wait for someone to show up to check in. About 20 min.

Property was the best extended stay I’ve ever stayed in!

Fridge/freezer, useful for keeping our cold packs cold for our small cooler. No hair dryer.
