Nice location. Comfortable. Had A Roach In My Room. Staff wasn’t always present. Night crew not so friendly.

I WAS GROSSLY OVERCHARGED FOR THE ROOM AND I DID NOT STAY UNTIL CHECKOUT BECAUSE THE BED WAS HORRIBLE

There was no deposit to stay, clean and quite. The front desk personnel are very polite and professional. Best rest in the 3 days we stayed in Tampa's hotel.

We arrived at 2:50 to try and start the check in process, but due to them being short staffed with house keeping so the room wasn’t cleaned we agreed to come back at 3:30. We ended arriving at 4pm, and they were still unsure if the room was cleaned, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes to resolve the issue. The staff was very nonchalant about everything. The hallways had a smell as well but not sure if I’d stay again.

Location was not the best. The bed was absolutely horrible. It squeaked every time u lift a finger! Linen didn’t seem cleaned! Tv in room wasn’t working upon check in. Walls paper thin I have never been in a hotel and heard every footsteps of a person in the room above me. I would warn any families looking for extended. Stay to do more research on this property before committing to a stay I book with bookings all the time this is by far the worst I’ve booked!

I’ve stayed here several times now, never disappointed. Great value for the money, feels brand new it’s extremely CLEAN & safe. Cold AC, nice shower pressure, very quiet. Good location for events / venues. Friendly staff wonderful customer service. You will not regret staying here uncomfortable beds. so uncomfortable. but everything else is so fantastic i can’t complain too much

My room was paid for and they never let me check in and Also never issued a refund

Staff were amazing however my room was dirty and smelly I was only there for 12 hours to get sleep. Any longer and I'd hate it.
