Extended Stay America Suites - Tampa - Casino Area

We spent a night there after our intercontinental flight and it was a great choice for this purpose. It‘s simple and offered everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast isn‘t really a breakfast, so put your expectations too high :-).

The location and the property looked clean. The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived we had to leave and come back. The receptionist took my name down and informed me she will call me when rooms are ready. Nothing were cleaned at 3:30 when I arrived. We can back two hours later and still had to wait. The beds are uncomfortable to fall asleep on and in addition to that they make noise when you sit down or move around. The blind was damaged as well. I will not be staying there again and I need a discount off off my stay.

Location was close to the stadium which is where we were going. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Room was good size for 3 people. Grab and go breakfast could have more options.

Not a thing. I am on process of trying to get refund. Needed a room, looked and paid online. Called ahead and spoke directly to a woman. Took a $40 Uber, and was refused check in. Had to find another hotel, and another $40 Uber ride. As i said, in process of getting refund, not going well.

This hotel was a 100% excellent, very clean, friendly staff. I would stay here again 100%.

The hotel is fine. I came in Aug 2. I told the attendant black guy, nasty ass attitude, like I was bothering him. I told him I booked at the wrong one, I then go outside and cancel the other extended stay. I then book the casino extended stay, went back inside, had my confirmation number but he kept saying he didn't see it, which I had just booked it. He was very nasty and treats people like they're bothering him. I left and cancelled the booking. Had my aling mother with me and we had to sleep in the car.
