All 3 ice machines were out of order and there was no where to get ice in the entire hotel. I have stayed here several times and this is a common occurrence. In fact, over a week later they were still all broken. The breakfast buffet runs out of items. I will think twice before paying to stay here again.

The transportation to and from the HardrockCasino is also a plus. I don't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, a variety of different items to choose from. The casino was right down the road not to far. The parking lot was really lit up at night.{ which was a plus for myself}. I had a very nice stay, and found nothing this time, that I disliked.

Room was pretty dirty and smelled bad, staff was friendly and breakfast was great! Did not have blackout curtains in our room and the refrigerator didn’t work! Casino is only a 5 minute drive and theme parks about 15 minutes!

The air conditioning was super loud going on and off, we could hear people talking from other rooms, the tv was removed from the parlor, the light in the ceiling above the bed would not go off and we found broken pieces of plastic (also no soap) in shower. I’ve stayed here many times and this is by far my worst experience.

Served its purpose. We were in town for a concert and this was close to the venue. Could not get the WiFi to connect on any device, but other than that the stay was good. The breakfast provided was decent and had a good variety of options. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
