Clean room Friendly staff

I didn’t like that there no rooms a available when I arrived because they had large group checked in. I made my reservation 2 months in advance. They did give me room upgrade so I could get a room.

My family and I enjoyed out stay and the room was a great size. The close location to the casino, eating places and the price was amazing. We will book again!

Clean room, breakfast was really good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very close to the casino, about 2 minutes away.

rooms were not up to par, unclean and poorly kept.

Room was small. Felt as if I could raise arms straight out and touch both walls in either direction. At least the height of the room was a little better than Brandon Fairfield. Had to side step through some parts of the room to get to the restroom. No in-room safe to secure company assets. Shower had a lot of curlies and hair clippings which gave me the heebie-jeebies. Bed was stiff. Major construction site next door that is just beginning. Took me 20 minutes to be able to leave the parking lot due to amount of semis and workers blocking the only entrance and small road leading to hotel.

The shower water was hot The hotel smells like mold and cat piss. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom curtain was dirty and it smelled so bad of mold and mildew. Also don’t promise a 3PM check in and then when everyone shows up you tell us rooms won’t be ready for another HOUR! I will never stay here again or recommend this place. It’s nasty and smells gross.

Front desk women were nice and greeted us every time we passed through the lobby. Outside of hotel wasnt a great look, but the interior was fair. Not a 5 star hotel but felt safe and seemed clean. The room I stayed in was good. The bathtub was stained a bit but otherwise it was a good experience. Would return.

As soon as I arrived, the place smelled moldy. Front desk rep had a nasty attitude and not welcoming. Once checked in, upstairs the mold smelled worse. In my room, clean but still smelled like mold. I was coughing all night. Not a good experience

Close to my destination and they had a continental breakfast. The rooms could be updated and the room smelled liked mold.

Our netflix wouldnt work and the beds were a little small

AC fan on auto never stopped. No ice machine was working. One elevator was done. Long hair on towel. Etc. Will not go back there.

The rooms are very small and tight really don’t have much room to move around. The breakfast was the same everyday, need to have more variety.
