Location Noise during nighttime and air-conditioning on the floor instead of being placed in the wall. Also there wasn’t Wi-Fi included.

Receptionist when I checked in was friendly and hospitable

Great front desk help. Nice clean rooms with everything you need while on vacation. Conveniently located to everything im Tampa.

The breakfast provided in the morning was fine, but if you get there towards the end, don't expect to have things like half and half. Once they run out, they don't replenish. I do like and appreciated that they had coffee and tea in the lobby even after breakfast. Towels by the pool were often out and you had to get them from the front desk, which as a pain. There was also a wasp nest by the pool that was scary. The staff was nice enough but honestly, the stay was okay. Don't expect too much.

All of the front desk staff is wonderful, but a wonderful woman by the name of Alex is spectacular. She assisted me so nicely and effortlessly with my situation, and informed the other staff of what I needed so they could assist if she wasn’t there. My husband and I were treated very well. I will always stay at this location.
