Food in microwave hair and trash left over. I want my money back! It was a disaster in that room when we checked in Nothing

Location to the amphitheater was perfect. Cleanliness was very poor but at the same time smelled overwhelming like fabuloso. Little hairs found in comforter and sheets, i dont wanna know what kind of little hairs.

We were only there for 1 night, the AC did not work at all. By the time we got back for the night it was late and didn’t want to pack up and change rooms but I wish we had. Woke up sweating and could not wait to get out!!

The property however was very clean and manicured. You can tell this is an old hotel. It can definitely use some interior improvements. This was a good location for me to walk over to the Amphitheater for an event. But as far as the room goes. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This is solely the opinion on the room I was in.

The house keeper didn’t do a good job. She didn’t clean behind the bathroom door, we found dirty and a dead roach. The room smelled very muggy and we found a cigarette bud by a bed on the floor even thought the room said no smoking

The location was very convenient They took a 50 dollar deposit on 2 different occasions And I never got my money back I have called on 3 different times and have never received my money back

Room was fine, not our first time staying there so we knew what to expect. Its a decent place to lay yoir head after a day at the ampitheater. Our A/C did not work well so it was a little warm but the hotel was fully booked so we were unable to change rooms. Far from 5 stars but it suited our needs

I didn’t have breakfast. Location was hard to get to and from the casino. Also, there was something going on to Fairgrounds and traffic was bad.

The sheets were not clean enough, smell of the room was musty.

Clean room and did want we needed. Room was kinda small and my suggestion is to replace mattresses with new. Could feel the coils. But overall not a bad place for the price.
