didn't ask how our stay was and not even a thank you for staying there. Customer service is horrible. Room did not have a hair dryer so I couldn't shower. Cheap cake soap and 1 tube shampoo was the only bathroom items The breakfast was horrible all cold stuff that they got away calling a healthy breakfast ! Please do something about the manager there he needs to learn customer service. d

It was a good hotel for the price I mean pretty mediocre. Breakfast ends at 9:30 so a little early - there was a stain on the bed when we got there. Bathroom was nice and clean though. Parking was nice

The property has breakfast as description but it only had 3 tangerines and granola bars. No bagels, bread, small boxes of cereal. Disappointed

Love the fact that it was close to MidFlorida Amp (Luke Bryan concert). It was an outstanding value. We will definitely stay here again. The room was exceptional with everything you need if you were staying 1 day or for a week.

Great stay for the price! We stayed for a concert, and the location was absolutely on point—super convenient and exactly what we needed. The room was comfortable and overall we had a great experience. The only downside was breakfast, which was pretty limited to oatmeal packets, a handful of muffins, and some fruit. A few more options would have been nice, but for the price and location, we’d definitely stay again!

The price keeps going up instead of down and I been here for ova a week now

The elevator was broken, our 4th floor room had no water pressure in the shower, the mattress was so cheap.

The elevator stopped working. I was there for 10 days and didn't get housekeeping once. Very unfriendly staff and had to walk up and down stairs every day
