Nothing! I strongly advise prospective guests to avoid staying at this hotel due to several significant concerns. From the outset, the front desk staff exhibited unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. Maintenance issues were also evident, including unsafe conditions in the elevator and stairwell, which posed a safety risk. Despite booking a non-smoking room, we were immediately exposed to strong odors of marijuana. The room itself was in poor condition, with visible mold on the ceiling, rust on the tub, and signs of forced entry on the door, suggesting prior incidents. Given these issues, a comprehensive health and safety inspection of the property is highly recommended.. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! We got a refund and went to another establishment.

Bad

The shower worked. All the lights did not work, walls were dirty/unfinished, bed sheet had stains and hair on them, Wifi was spotty at best and loaded very slowly. The hotel was practically empty with patrons, yet our room was unkempt? Not like there were a lot of rooms to make up. Shows a lack of pride in keeping this hotel clean.

It was next door to waffle house Everything was trash door was about to fall off, bugs everywhere, TV didn't work, microwave was disgusting, lights didn't work

Yes it was terrible, had to manually flush the toilet, no refrigerator, roaches and filth, and there was still a roach blunt on the tub, so it was never clean from the last people. I need to start checking more into it the last two have been terrible. I can go on and on but you get my point. I don't know if there's any way to get refunded on that one if so what how do I go about

That it was close to our events the amphitheater other than that it was terrible worst I've ever been in yet. The website listing is very deceiving The lobby and the pool have bern closed since COVID. No coffee makers in the rooms. The rooms are very dirty, and not cleaned sufficiently.

Hotel morning staff is very rude

The room was in shambles. I would somehow like a refund. There were holes all over. The refrigerator had a hole on the top of it. Looks like the sheets and towels were not washed. The bathroom door had holes in it. The place was destroyed. I won’t go back

It was a bad experience from the start. The guy working initially gave me a room that had 2 Pit Bulls and people inside. The room is dirty, the bed is dirty, things don't work, it stinks

Rooms where dirty unclean mold old sheets and bugs

The refrigerator was broken but other than that not too bad
