The staff were all very nice. The man that brought our room service meal almost took an additional 15.00 tip on top of the already charged 18% which he neglected to mention. Made my husband unhappy with him. Fortunately he noticed it before the man left. The Villas need to be renovated. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I think the Villas are a wonderful place to stay though just need some work. It was clean and I like the bathroom.

We had a little snaffu when we arrived. Our rooms were not ready until past 5 PM and then one of them was not clean and we had to call back the front desk. We were compensated by having one of the resort fees waived. The property itself is very pleasant, though a little dated. We stayed in a villa, which are very spacious. The on site restaurant has a wide selection and is delicious. We enjoyed using the pool.

Centrally located in Temecula Wine Country - very large facility. Nice pool and spacious villas. Good food in restaurant. The hotel feels a bit impersonal/industrial due to the size. The A/Cs in the rooms are very loud and kept us up as they went on and off - they should be modernized. Price-value is a bit off and it would be nice if it included breakfast.

The property is beautiful. Rooms a little dated but very roomy. The grounds in back provide beautiful views for a walk and we especially loved the staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

As always, the property was inviting, comfortable, clean and safe. Whenever I plan to travel to Temecula Wine Country, this is my first choice. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Don’t miss out on a REAL gem of a location.

Everything was good and we had a really nice time at your wine tasting, in fact, we bought five bottles of wine. The only problem was we were going somewhere and they said they would hold them there for us to pick up. The problem was, we didn’t realize how early they closed and so we could not get our wine. We had to leave early the next day for work and so we could not pick it up and had to cancel the Wine.
