We didn't like the slow draining shower and the fact that the Air Conditioner took a very long time to cool the room our first night there. The televisions were not user friendly. The channel we chose would change. I believe a remote in a nearby room was controlling ours. I imagine the occupants of that room were having the same issue. Not enough wash cloths or trash bins supplied. There were also no lights on the bed side of the room so it was dark and made it difficult to get around the room after dark. We had to turn on the lights by the door which made it difficult to relax in bed since we had to get up and cross the room to turn off the light.

Property was nice. Just wished we weren’t on the same floor as children.

Cleaner rooms can be improved, mold and mildew, plus shower clogged.

The room was fine. The location was good. The biggest issue was breakfast. The food was tasty. The space is too small and always crowded so we would eat in the room. The hot food was brought out in small portions that would be gone in mins. The 2nd morning part of the breakfast amenities from the first were not available and still no room to sit. We travel often with kids and pick hotels with breakfast for them.

The room was spacious and clean

Was disappointed with the pool, it didn’t look clean, the water looked stagnant, needs work!

Tan pronto llegamos a recepción, Anthony fue de lo más amable que he visto en años viajando, el desayuno incluido es muy bueno para el estándar de desayuno de hotel, incluye huevo , salchichas, papa, waffles, fruta , yogurt, cereal, panecillos, y un buen café, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Hay un Circle K a un lado, McDonald’s y Carls Jr, y por si fuera poco, está enfrente del Arizona Mills, el único “pero” es que no se siente el barrio muy seguro para caminar de noche, pero ese es un tema de diferentes lugares, y no tiene nada que ver con el Hotel, altamente recomendado para familias,

The free laundry service was the high point for me didn’t cost me anything to wash it or dry it🤗

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options and even accommodated our dietary needs, which we truly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book another stay in the future.

The rooms were clean and room to sit and relax. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy access to Wi-Fi. Breakfast had different items every morning and they had staff to help with refilling items.

The staff here was especially friendly, which we loved. The rooms were really beautiful and tidy, but the bathrooms definitely need to be remodeled and spruced up.

Shower had rust but the staff were really nice and breakfast was nice

Staff was great, breakfast delicious, clean room. My only issue was bath tub was very slippery. Would still highly recommend.
