No water for showers/ front desk woke me up at 2:10am because of “ Glitch in system “ wow

The price was decent. Asked for early check in. Room was not ready when we got there. Door to the room kept getting stuck when we tried to open it. Large gap between wall and door so there was light from hallway coming into the room. Ran out of toilet paper even after asking front desk for some. Asked for house keeping to empty out trash cans and they never did. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10, we arrived at 9:10. No food left and was told no more would be put out. Toilet seat was barely hanging on, felt like you were going to fall off of it, it moved so much. Front desk staff was not friendly. After we checked in and they ran our credit card, we were told the city was doing water maintenance and water would be unavailable after 9 pm each night we were there. Remote control for TV didn't work.

Rooms are spacious. And met our needs property is nice. Due to the two near by 24hr dispensary and smoke shop it attract foot traffic thru property looking for opportunity to find something. Great property just a risky location. Because of unhoused migrating thru property.

The kitchenette was nice. Rough start to checking in...I was greeted from a front desk staff who was chewing her food while checking me in lol The credit card machine was down so she asked if I could let them know "if I damage anything please come back to the front desk".
