A great stay.

Ok Not clean had to move rooms

The bathroom had a weird red stain on the door, my sheets had a weird stain on it and I went and got new sheets, the ac worked perfectly, my ac went out at my house, so I had to rent a room for a few days. Some one had took the remote control and I had to call the office and wait like 2 hours because the front desk worker said that maintenance had went home for the day. It looks a little sketchy, but I was good

The front desk agent was rude to start with. Then when we got into the room it was dirty. Called to let her know she sighed over the phone was very rude and said they would do what they could. After 15 minutes my spouse called down to ask if somebody was going to come and clean it or if we were being switched to another room she again told him they were doing the best they could he let her know we need to know if we are going to finish unloading into this room or what was going on she was very rude to him. We took pictures and finished unloading. Security came down to ask us questions about it but did not fix the problem so we ended up with a dirty room there was food stuck to the counter/table area. Stickers and scraps of trash on the floor and the tub was absolutely disgusting. When my husband used the restroom he saw roaches. My daughter also saw them getting out of the shower. TV did not work when we went to use it. It was an absolute horrible experience.

Dirty room

Clean linen and sheets. There was a musky damp smell throughout the room. The A/C was freezing cold. The room looked a little outdated.

Excellent value for the price, also very convenient to what I needed. Quiet, clean, much better than I expected.

Not good ! Bad experience . Staff not welcoming talking to other ppl about personal stuff while she was getting my key . No thank u . Went to the room opened the door and there was a guy sleeping in the bed!!! went for another room no I'm sorry no nothing ! Room was dirty stained and killed a roach in the bathroom . Not staying there ever again

The staff was great and helped me when my reservation got cancelled. I was given a room but when we went to the room the door wouldn't work and we ended up having to go to the front desk a total of three times before we got assigned to another room. My nephew went with the staff to the new room then came back to me and told me he saw a creepy crawler and ran it by me first. I didn't have many options so I sucked it up and went into the room. Unfortunately that wasn't the only one. My nephew ended up smacking his foot against a not so great door stop bolted to the floor and the door frame to the bathroom was corroded and had sharp edges that could easily hurt someone. I was not comfortable staying there and if I'd had any other option I would have taken it.

There’s people who live there and they get drunk and loud every night so my suggestion is when you check in ask for room that is not close to where people stay for more than a week. You’ll see Bicycle’s out front you’ll see kids right around but not really running around because it’s dark you’ll see Dogs locked in their room all day. It’s a horrible place.

My deposit was not returned to my account.

We booked this Studio 6 through Expedia because it was advertised as a clean studio with a kitchenette. What we actually experienced was shocking. Upon arrival, the room was filthy: black mold and hair in the sink, thick animal hair on the curtains, dirty kitchen appliances, and insect traps throughout the room. We had to buy our own cleaning products because the hotel did not provide proper help. After we were moved to a second room, the situation was still unacceptable. The bedding had hair and stains, and the toilet was so badly clogged that even after normal use it would not flush properly — waste came back up. When my wife reported these serious issues through Expedia chat and requested documentation, hotel staff printed her message and threatened to evict us immediately. This was extremely stressful, especially for my 63-year-old husband. Expedia offered only $50 compensation, which feels insulting after such an experience. This was supposed to be a special vacation we had planned for almost 10 years. Save yourself the trouble and choose another hotel. The photos tell the real story.

I hadn’t stayed here in like 3-4 years because I haven’t been in the area but I was disappointed. I remember the rooms being very clean and well taken care of but this time there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom during my stay. I don’t remember seeing any before my stay so the facility has lost its quality. Although the price of the room was good I don’t if I’d want to stay again if the place is gonna have roaches in it.
