Wonderful comfy bed, huge room, nice pleasant helpful staff, good convenient location and great value for money. The only thing that I found disappointing was that I was unable to adjust the shower water pressure. The shower was fine and the water pressure was nice but in light of climate change and being mindful of water usage, I would have liked to have the means to have less water coming out of the shower head in an effort to conserve water. I would have also liked to have a toaster

By far, this is the best Sonesta suites we have stayed. Everything is very convenient and the things we needed are all available in the room itself, especially that we have infant. Keep it up!

BBq"s dirty and empty of propane. The kitchen sink leaked all over the floor for 3 days before getting fixed. The ice maker leaked all over the inside of the refrigerator and all my food for 24 days. The kitchen light switch wouldn't turn off for a week, so I had to stuff a room key in it to turn off. Laundry facilities became not available due to construction.
