Well, it wasn't an underpass... That's about all I have to say that is positive.

Its nothing to look at but its meeting my needs Im here to shower and sleep and I can do both well. Glory be to God

The air conditioning was good. There’s no refrigerator. There’s no microwave. There’s no Wi-Fi. The shower in our room was literally broken. The floors are messed up and there’s cracks in them and holes. The building is literally falling apart.

Staff was very nice and room was clean. Outside areas, not so much. Stores, restaurants, and hospital within walking distance. Be aware that this hotel has long term residents that live here.

The rules were not clean shower curtain was filthy dirty the microwave did not work. The bed sheets were all burned by cigarette Burns. The pillows were so old and pillowcases smell like they were never washed. The floors were so sticky.

The rooms were filthy,the building is ran down,the lady in the front office told me I couldn't pay for my room online,I showed my receipt it was a different story. The lady was very room she put me in a room where the shower didn't work,the toilets were not cleaned it was an awful experience.

The hot water didn’t work. The door went locked. The door lock was messed up. The AC filters were nasty. There were bugs crawling on the wall. The floor is sticking. I want my money back actually.

This place was horrible !! Where do i start ! Made a reservation for 2 bed , got a room with one small queen , the sheets were used and dirty the pillows seemed as if someone had just laid in it . The was no phone or wifi to use. The microphone and fridge was dirty fiod still in plate . The freaking door did would not lock by the handle and the was no other chainlock to backup . And might i add the WAS NO BATHROOM DOOR !!!! Horrible and was refused a refund ! Never Again !

Room and amenities could be improved. Bathroom did not have a door. Towels were stained and shower water drained really slow.
