It was great from start to finish . The manager sam was very professional and kind. The hotel is very clean and met all my standards . I had. A great stay and will recommend this hotel to everyone . Thank you Sam for such great customer service.

Last minute openings late night It had roach infestation, no TV use, shower heads dripped on us, sheets felt like they were dropped on an unvacuumed floor then put on, linens were stained and/or yellow, floor was not mopped it was sticky, phone didn't work to even contact front desk.

Rude personnel. Bad smell. Lots of mold. No towels. Dirty pool

Bugs, rooms in need of updating, phone was not connected, tv remote did not work, sheets old, pilled and yellow. Not a good experience!! NOTHING-thought about sleeping in my car.

Bed was comfortable and the room was a descent temperature. The door was difficult to close and was open upon arriving to the room. The shower did not have a shower head. We had to bathe with water pouring directly on us like a water hose.

My tv didn’t work phone didn’t work and the water did not get hot at all

Breakfast room was clean. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and my concern was ignored. He said 'we'll take care of it, but did nothing except cause me to lose sleep waiting for a solution that never came. My throat is affected by breathing stale smoke.

The pillow and sheets smelled like a sweaty man had just slept in it, I did not like having an upstairs room, but the bed was dirty and smelled bad
