I didn't like that they didn’t change the bed sheets in 4 nights I stayed there .

It was great from start to finish . The manager sam was very professional and kind. The hotel is very clean and met all my standards . I had. A great stay and will recommend this hotel to everyone . Thank you Sam for such great customer service.

The bed and room smelled musty and it was just not clean. There were dead bugs on the carpet in the hallway. See above.

It had roach infestation, no TV use, shower heads dripped on us, sheets felt like they were dropped on an unvacuumed floor then put on, linens were stained and/or yellow, floor was not mopped it was sticky, phone didn't work to even contact front desk.
