Everything. Location. Hot and flavorful breakfast. Clean room and spacious. Well kept. Quiet. Rough towels. But that’s minor.
-
Friendly staff. AC/heat unit very loud.
-
Great location and great customer service. The breakfast was amazing. The air conditioner made noises. But overall was great.
-
Was great would most definitely stay again
-
Location Ridiculous ending time for breakfast. They quit refilling breakfast items way ahead of ending time that was set. So when you get there 15-20 minutes before it ends, zero eggs, zero bacon, etc…Even McDonalds has a later breakfast time.

Due to reservation through booking.com we did not get the room we initially booked. We were accommodated with another room.

The manager at BW Temple was an excellent first impression. I needed a very early checkin and they were very accommodating and helpful! The rooms were renovated and comfortable and the shower was clean and updated. The pool was very clean, as well. Overall, a very positive stay!

Nice place to stay! Although I lost my drivers license here… it was never found. But the staff was great in trying to look for it.
-
The staff was amazing. Amber was very nice and friendly. How close it was to the highway but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be
