We had a large moving van and there was plenty if parking space.the room was clean, quiet, spacious and decorated lovely.

The manager at BW Temple was an excellent first impression. I needed a very early checkin and they were very accommodating and helpful! The rooms were renovated and comfortable and the shower was clean and updated. The pool was very clean, as well. Overall, a very positive stay!

Nice place to stay! Although I lost my drivers license here… it was never found. But the staff was great in trying to look for it.

Absolutely disgusting property. I got here around midnight exhausted from my drive and upon arrival there were multiple roaches, both dead and alive. Not to mention the room smelled odd. I refused to stay and had to leave during a storm to the next hotel I could find where I couldn’t be checked in because their power had gone down, multiple surrounding hotels power had gone down due to the storm. I had to stay in my car until 7am because of this awful property and poor maintenance. The only thing good about this property was the staff. They were very understanding of my frustration and helpful in finding me somewhere else to stay, however, I wasn’t guaranteed a refund until the manager came in despite there being multiple roaches in the room. I would never step foot in the property again.

The hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant! Breakfast is great.

The hotel exterior and interior is very clean.Its very convenient, it’s right off I-35 next to Texas Roadhouse. Breakfast is good. We appreciate the coffee bar open all day . We stayed for 4nights . Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
