La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Temple

Great staff. Super nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

It was very conveniently located to everything we needed in Temple. Access to the hotel was wonderful. The staff was Uber friendly. The bed was very comfortable. There was an actual shower chair in the accessible shower. Breakfast was hot and there were choices from waffles, bagels, toast, pastries, could and hit cereal and eggs with sausage. They're was also yogurt and fruit. Coffee was hot but only one choice of hot tea. Several choices of juice. The staff couldn't fix my issues with none working plus but did bring me an extension cord so I could use the power from one of the plugs across the room at the bedside. Room rate was reasonable, in fact better than the total area I live in. Only one in 4 plugs around the bed worked and the phone charging ports didn't work. Made it impossible to use my oxygen and CPAP at the same time. The ramp to the accessible room was so steep my electric chair could not go up it. Due to the electrical plug issue there wasn't a way to charge the chair's battery. The in room coffee pot was not plugged in and there was no where to plug it in. The TV kept turning itself off.

I did not book handicap rooms, but the property said it was handicapped rooms that were booked. Not at happy with those rooms as I was with the other rooms on our last stay.

Staff and the place was really clean

The rooms are dark and musty even the newly remodeled rooms you could see the mold leaking thought the paint in the shower the floor was consistently damp near the ac whole family started feeling ill after the first and went to another hotel for the rest of our trip

So noisy, 11pm still a lot of noise from pool , I can’t sleep

I want to compliment the staff maintaining the breakfast bar. Both mornings. It was serviced very well and kept clean the entire time I was eating there. Thank you

Location and nice beds Too many people are smoking around the hotel.

The room was nice, but the mattress hurt my back. I had to give my son a bath, but there were no tub stoppers on the property. Why have a tub if guests cant use it. Staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere but there. The outside looked rough. Never again

Room was clean Too close to highway and breakfast was limited in selection. Elevator was not close to room and I had to use stairway to the room on the 3rd floor.

Looked great, newly renovated rooms, building was being painted while we were there, comfortable bed, great staff, if I have to say one thing negative is signage on pool area of how to enter times etc, it might be for painting but temporary for customers. Nothing really

I would recommend staying here.

Cleanliness Cost

I love everything about this location. This is where I stay EVERY TIME I'm in Temple. The free WiFi could be a bit better but thats no big deal
