Convenient for a one night stay. Air conditioning not very good.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was good. When we had to request something from the front desk, they were very nice. What we didn't like was that when they cleaned the toilet paper was not filled. The 1st day they replaced the finished toilet paper with another used one so by that night we had to request another roll of toilet paper. We had 4 ladies staying for 3 nights, that was one of our issues. The other was that in one of the drawers where the spare blanket was, we noticed a dead roach. The other issue was Parking, since there are a lot of workers staying there with big truck they would take multiple parking.

We booked a 2 night stay. The first night, the toilet would not flush amd there were roaches in the bathroom. We were given a new room, which was much cleaner and no pest problem, but this toilet also didnt flush! The front desk came to the room, lifted the lid, pushed on the grey mechanism, and told me i must have knocked it out of place when i tried to flush😑😑....never stayi ng here again.

When I got there, the lady behind the counter, didn’t know what she was doing. Took her 30 minutes to check me in my food in the truck got cold. I went up to the room. It was late. I had been up since 4 o’clock that morning when I got up to the room tried turning on the light it didn’t work. I had to walk through the door to find the light to turn on went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The faucet sprayed everywhere. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I went to put my food in the refrigerator and the refrigerator wasn’t working horrible experience and when I went downstairs in the morning and told the lady about it, she said I needed to call Expedia Expedia is not in charge of maintaining that hotel.

The lady at front desk followed me to my room on second day to attempt to fix broken items where she spent 30 minutes in my room working on toilet, joking about bar of soap that she left there, and unplugging and plugging in AC unit only to tell me yeah this is an old unit that needs replacing. Not 1 of the items I needed fixed ever actually got fixed except they finally put a plate over the bathroom outlet. It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and the same lady that spent 30 minutes hanging out in my room had the nerve to ask me if i enjoyed my stay. I did not. I spent double the money to end leaving the hotel and going to sleep on a friends couch that had an air bnb just to get away. I appreciate the effort but this hotel needs a lot of work. The one super positive i will leave is the lady working breakfast was amazing

Price and location. Plus, free breakfast. The A/C didn't get as cool as we would have liked. The place does look a little run down.

It was nice. We were right by the pool area and there was a group of men out there at 12:30 am loudly talking and laughing. I went to the desk and asked that they leave that area because I could not go to sleep. Also the breakfast was disappointing.
