The staff was extremely helpful. The facilities were extremely clean & comfortable. I was here with my wife & teenage daughter & loved everything about our stay. The only down side is the proximity to Jackson & Yellowstone. It's roughly 15-30 minutes from Jackson depending on traffic. That said, there is shopping, dining and entertainment in Teton Village so this was no deal breaker though. I'd definitely stay here again.

The make do reception was the hall way to the lift so there was nothing. The noise of being woke up at 6am every morning from the building. The no room service or food in the hotel or any facilities to use in your hotel.

Location, that was about it. Booking did not inform us the whole thing was under renovation. It felt like we were staying at a tiny airBnB that was incredibly overpriced.

The maid service was the best I have ever had. Very nice and helpful front office and the location cannot be beat . Condo was also nice

Close to mountain 3300 and no hot tub or bar is crazy. Lower price for construction

Not much . Was reasonably close to ski lifts. It was under renovation. No facilities in hotel. Gas fire in room did not work. We made 4 requests to fix it .

Main lodge under construction, walk to the neighboring hotel for the hottub is pretty far, but the hotel itself while older, is quite nice, the staff were helpful and proximity to the mountain was great.

Hotel room is simply overpriced for its size and location and the website lies about what services it provides. For example, It mentioned there is laundry service but there was none available when we arrived. When I asked about it the staff said it was because the website was outdated and they didn’t care to update it. There is also no complementary breakfast and the majority of the building was under renovation. Absolute terrible experience. The $495 stay for 1 night was worth less than a $150 a night stay at a motel.

Great room size and location. The resort is under renovation and our room floors need to be cleaned.

The rooms were fine, but too dark with old yellow type lighting. Need updated lighting with white lights. the pool and spa were not available. We should have been informed of that upfront, we likely would have chosen a different facility. There should be a discount given the lack of amenities available.

master bedroom was cold. not ski in ski out in truest of sense. because of renovations no facilities had to go to alpenhof which is quite dated
