This facility is truly an old-fashioned hostel, bare bones, dark, very very noisy and zero amenities other than a shared basement frig. It took 10 minutes for someone to show up to check us in and she was truly not experienced in anything hotel related. This was by far the noisiest place we have ever stayed at. The price. I expected something at least a bit more decent. Even though I specified that we were traveling with 2 dogs, at arrival time we were told an additional 28 dollars per dog per night would be added.

Relatively affordable for the Jackson Hole area, close to Grand Tetons. Glad to have a private bathroom. I didn’t mind walking up to 3rd floor (and there was a 4th floor too) since there was no elevator, but other people might. Kinda tight space in the bathroom. Spartan accommodations, but again it was relatively affordable for the area

Good for hostel accommodation. Expensive for what you get but still one of the cheapest options for the area.

Staff was amazing, safe neighborhood, proximity to gandola, good restaurants No elevator, hard to carry luggage up 4 flight of stairs

Great Location!!

In the basement, there are plenty of game facilities—including pool, foosball, chess, and various board games—which was fantastic for passing the time and meeting new people. I accidentally left my headphones in the room after checking out, and the staff contacted me promptly with multiple helpful options to return them. Extremely thoughtful and attentive service!

The Hostel reminded us of our college skiing days in New England with robust yet spartan room conditions, The strong WiFi was a terrific benefit, as was the Hostel's proximity to the Teton Village "square." We lodged on the middle floor on the north side of the building and were insulated from the sound of heavy rain that fell the second night. The in-wall HVAC system is high-tech & the Hostel must be very popular with young skiers & hikers. Hotel accommodations in Jackson Hole are very expensive and the Hostel provides good value for those who don't need the glamour of an in-town location. Basic "product" in the shower stall would have been a nice touch, Fortunately we travel with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Someone was always available to help with any questions that I had. Friendly staff.

Great location!

Nothing. Old facility. Room had a hair ball on floor & hair in shower. Disabled 80 year old aunt had to climb stairs to third floor. No elevator. No TV in room. Beds were hard as a rock. Honestly would of slept better, if slept in our car.

Good scenic place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff. No elevators for higher level rooms

I had no problems with the Hostel. Location was very good. I couldn't figure out the television remote. I put something in the refrigerator on Friday evening, and it disappeared by Saturday. Other than that, all went well.
