This hotel was great. The beds were super comfy and the location was also great. For food I highly recommend going to the Osteria which is located in the adjacent hotel. Their food was out of this world and the service as well.

Our family of four traveled from the East Coast for our first trip to Jackson Hole, and Gravity Haus exceeded every expectation. Located right in Teton Village, the location is unbeatable for both hikers and skiers. The customer service here is unmatched. As Disney regulars, that is our gold standard, and Grant and his team hit the mark perfectly. Grant went above and beyond, offering tailored hiking and dining recommendations that made our trip seamless. The amenities are fantastic… our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub after long hikes, and the gym is well-equipped (half rack, BB, DBs, ski erg, rower and a treadmkill). To top it all off, Grant’s dog, Bailey, was the ultimate welcoming committee, greeting us after a long day on the trails. Highly recommend Gravity Haus for an amazing family getaway!

There is no issue with the property. The hotel manager was very empathetic and assisted me in finding another room at a different hotel. The problem was my reservation thru Expedia that I had paid in full did not get received by the hotel, so when I attempted to check in they did not have a reservation for me and said they had no rooms available. I am now trying to get a full refund. A person at the same hotel had the same experience with Expedia just before I tried to check into my room where they had reserved their room with Expedia and the hotel had no reservation for them.

Front desk was so helpful and friendly, wonderful experience!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The especially noticed the floors were not carpet and I loved it. Easy to see they were clean. The free TV was almost unusable as the signal was poor but at least the apps were helpful to login and stream from your favorite accounts. The bathroom doors were my least favorite as they were barn doors and were damaged where you couldn't lock them. Fine if you are staying with a family member but not private at all, if you are with friends. The remote for the the television was missing when we arrived and took some time for an employee to get us a replacement. Overall it was a decent stay with a few hiccups but was manageable for one night.

Ideal location for being able to just walk around the Teton Village. We stayed in the two story room with a kitchenette and it was peefect for our family of 4. We saw a moose in the village, which was a highlight for our kids. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub with beautiful views and took the aerial tram and gondola up the mountain.

Staff was great. The property needs some love. The walls are thin so you hear your neighbors. The pool and hot tub are in view of the dining room so i didn't use it. This is a destination spot and you pay more for location than anything

We loved our room at Gravity Haus. The beds were so comfortable and so was the couch. The kids loved their own space up the spiral staircase to their King bed and their own TV.
-
Friendly staff that was courteous and very helpful! Would stay there again

Grant was so wonderful! Highly recommend the stay and the restaurant downstairs.
-
Not much. The hot tub was nice Overpriced!! Rooms didn’t have a lot of essentials that are provided in much cheaper motels. No entertainment provided in their lounge.
-
Grant the manager was exceptional, kind and informative!! Super pet friendly and the food was delicious .

When I booked this trip I looked at the reviews and pictures, it looked beautiful, but I was HIGHLY Disappointed!! When we checked in we were told that the bar opened at 5pm, which was no big deal. We got to our room and it was like a glorified motel 6 with a balcony. We left to go sightseeing we came back after 5:30 and the bar was closed still. We looked around for some help from the front desk and they were nowhere to be found. Finally about 5 minutes later they came out and told us the bar is only open for breakfast from 7-9 am. So needless to say it’s definitely not worth the money we spent for our first anniversary trip!!!

This was the most memorable experience for us and also my family visiting from India . The decor was beautiful and the hospitality of the staff was impeccable. The bathrooms were excellent. We will be back

Amazing staff. Location is good for the mountain and walkable to all bars and restaurants. Rooms says renovated but it’s more painted over. Small old bathrooms. If you’re looking for no frills, this is your place. Jacuzzi was amazing, food decent, great bar staff.

Third year and this place doesn’t disappoint! The staff is great. Rooms are good. Beds are comfortable.
