Fairfield Inn by Marriott Boston Tewksbury/Andover

The facility was great. Our room was clean with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and especially enjoyed having coffee available throughout the day. Ms VIVI checked us in and she was a pleasure to talk with. She was very informative about the area

My room type wasn’t ready when I arrived, front desk was apologetic and it was ready within the hour. It seemed like they had a staffing shortage. But everything was clean, staff was friendly and greets you when they see you. The room was one of the cleanest I’ve seen in awhile and I’ve been staying at hotels weekly. I didn’t get any of the breakfast but had the available coffee and it was more than palatable, they also have hot cocoa. Parking was easy and the layout of the hotel made it easy to get to your room whether you parked on one side of the building or the other. Only one elevator as far as I saw. Beds were so comfortable, room was spacious, shower and bathroom were spotless. Fridge and microwave were clean. Lots of storage for 1-2 people and counter space. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival, the hotel insisted that Expedia cancelled our reservation, even though we paid in advance (was not refunded) and we were receiving emails from Expedia about checking in prior to our arrival. They sold our booked room and then gave us a lesser room (2 full beds not queen size as reserved) for the same price. Will not return.

Lots of parking space. Hot breakfast was good, also there is waffle maker which kids love. Over all, definitely worth the money. And I will stay there again when I am in the area.

Great stay glad we chose this

Breakfast was great! Lots of options. We had a few issues with our room, the microwave was broken, tv volume was going up and down sporadically. Called the front desk and they came and put a new microwave in the room and looked at the tv within minutes. Room service only comes every other day, had to call the front desk for hand towels, wash clothes and bath mat that were not replaced after they cleaned. They also did not refill toiletries or coffee. All in all it's a great place and everyone is helpful. I would stay again. The area is also very safe and quiet as well as close to the highway.
