There were not towels in the room when I arrived. I had to go to the lobby to get some. There was also no hangers to hug my clothes 😞. A little disappointed about that but everything else was good. I will definitely stay there again. It's my 4th time staying at this hotel

I would love to leave a good review because the area was perfect for what we needed however theres a huge lack in customer service unfortunately. We arrived to the hotel and checked in, the woman at the front desk was very short with responses and and not very friendly. We went up to our room dropped off our stuff and left to go get dinner just down the rd. Once back at the hotel room we were all getting ready to head to bed, it was late and we had a hockey tournament the next day. Our room was supposed to accommodate 6 guests... we pulled out the pullout couch for 2 of our children and were surprised to see there was no mattress on the pull out bed.. i called th hotels after hours line where a woman told me the didnt have any extra mattresses available for the night... umm what?! This shouldnt of been an "extra" mattress i asked if there was a manager i could speak with & was then transferred to the MAINTENANCE man who was extremely rude and hostile yelling at me over the phone asking me what i expected him to do, by the end of the convo i was in tears. We ended up cramming 3 kids into one bed and the other one slept on the folded up couch. The next morning we waited until 8:15 to check out (lobby "opens" at 8am) needless to say we ended up leaving at 8:15 (we had to get to our hockey game) without being able to speak with anyone because the office was still dark and locked up. 2 days later i called to speak with the manager, he was very nice and apologetic on the phone..

Available and clean Resident was rude and banging on walls thru out the night. Dog was barking all night.

I paid for a room and I couldn’t get in because the keycard wasn’t working and management did nothing about it

No room service I asked for new towels the towels that the room came with was stained and disgusting dishes were chipping and old overall hotel was dirty I cleaned the whole hotel room with disaffecting wipes

This feedback is for a hotels.com more so that it is for residence. The listing on hotels.com when I was booking it at 10 PM should’ve notified me that there was going to be no one at the front desk or it should’ve notified the hotel that someone was going to be showing up I had to wait close to a half an hour for an individual to show up on site and let me into my room and I could’ve been an hour down the road
