It was close to the major highway to get us to Galveston cruise ports, there was a nice restaurant close by and the portions was huge and delicious. Beds were hard, pillows were flat, room was dated and the bathroom was kinda gross with long hair still in the shower, rust around the door frames.

Didn't get breakfast, wasn't included Bathroom was dirty and the floors, staff was rude and very unprofessional. They weren't nice at all . They weren't helpful, I traveled all the way from Trinidad and Tobago, and we were very disappointed.

Absolutely NOTHING If I could give this a negative star I would. We came for 4th of July weekend and upon arrival which was about 2:40p there was no one to check us in and the lobby restroom was locked. I had driven 4 hours and needed a restroom badly! We rang the bell multiple times and nothing and no one came. We left so I could use a restroom somewhere else. Seriously why do you lock a lobby restroom for paying guests! So we come back to check in at 3 and get checked in. We came back in the evening and immediately started noticing roaches! Then more and more tiny ones and then bigger ones..I told my husband pack up we are leaving, i was in tearsso upset!. It was 11pm..had to find another accommodation thankfully I did last minute on a holiday weekend. When we went down to tell them the guy actually said oh ya I'm sorry there's bugs on the 3rd floor!!! Like he KNEW and had the audacity to say he can give me a different room. Absolutely not because it would be the same thing. I said NO I want a full refund and I find it unacceptable as owners yo know there's roaches and not do anything and put people in rooms like that! He said they will refund so we'll see. I will dispute the charges if need be. Do not..under ANY circumstances book here unless you like bugs. It was a horrible horrible experience when me and my hubby were just trying to get away for a couple days. Shameful of these Hindu owners. DO BETTER IF YOURE GONNA RUN A BUSINESS AND BE IN OUR COUNTRY!

The television in the room didn't work. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor overnight with condensation. When checking out, I tried to locate a member of staff to alert them to the AC issue, but no one was around, even when I rang the bell at the front desk and waited for 10 minutes. There's a sign at the front desk that says there's free coffee, but there was no free coffee. There were multiple bugs in the room. I don't know what they're called. Earwigs, I think, is the slang term. It was just one of those places that made me question whether I should be sleeping on the sheets or whether I should order that bed liner from Amazon finally. We will not be staying here again.

In general it was fine, the only bad thing was the bad smell of the room !! Maybe it was due to the fact that there was some kind of locked windows which doesn't allow air circulation.

This was a quick stay over on our way to Galveston for a cruise. The room was dirty when we got there, but the staff got on it and had it cleaned by the time we got back from dinner. The AC was top notch and froze me out!

We just spent the night before our cruise, it’s a good option if you just need it for one night not a extended stay. It was good for the price.

The price matches the amenities.

Nothing honestly. The room was dirty, the lights were dim, the only thing that was the hilight of the room was the fridge and the bathroom mirror. Floors haven't been cleaned in what seemed to be a long time, hand smudges all over the walls. Everything was just dirty.weird stains all over the sheets and pillows. Not a comfortable room for the price. Everything.

The room was disgusting.. looked like the sheet had not been changed ! There was a bunch of hair in the bed :(

Did not provide breakfast. The bed was covered in hair.
