Loved the balcony and view of the dam.
-
We had a great stay. The rooms were not as clean as they could be but staff was great
-
We love the view of the river, too. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are okay. The bathrooms need updating. The shower/faucet would not work in our room. The hotel would not give us a credit for this as we had to leave. I'm not impressed with this service and was not pleased with the front desk agent at this time. If we come back to the area, we will not being staying here.

There was not a complimentary breakfast like described in hotel website, but they had a cafe that looked subpar and kind of pricey, highly recommend The Riv Cafe. We did have dinner at The Portage Grill on site. We really enjoyed our meals, the restaurant was busy but staff was attentive. Our room was quiet, overall comfortable, I liked the set up of the hotel. I’d stay here again.

Overlooking the Columbia River!

Loved the view very nice hotel
-
Great view of the river. We had drinks and dinner on the property because it was raining. Staff appreciative of our business. Only negative was the windows coverings in the room were not room darkening so room pretty light all night.

Someone has done a lot of work on this place, it shows, they’ve done great things but it did fail short in a couple areas.. if it’s a “boutique” hotel, it should have a breakfast and or better coffee.. but what really gets me is the swimming thing .. which country am I in that dictates when you can and can’t swim ?!? I know the hotel has no control over this but I am going to discuss it just because it needs to be talked about.. bottom line is the place is very nice, the recent improvements are epic.. don’t stop it will be worth the $172 (over $200 with taxes) oh.. the bar was pretty damn good too.. and I think there’s gambling machines too ?!? I didn’t take advantage of them but for those who like that .. there it is

Stayed here with my family on a road trip. It was nice

Place was clean and modern. No issues with the room. However, the view is not what we expected. You see a dam, a bridge and a highway. The pictures make the view look much better than it is. There is no full breakfast available, just a coffee bar with pastries and the like. The restaurant was not open for breakfast. We ate dinner there and that was fine. The waiter was great! The low rating reflects the poor view from balcony.

The staff in the restaurant. Tub top edge was not clean. There was a smell in the hallways like mildew. The pillows were too soft.
-
Some of the property had broken glass and one of our rooms had noisy neighbors. The hotel and the staff were amazing.
-
We had a room facing the parking lot and we wanted fresh air. With the window open it was noisy. Wish it had been closer to downtown
-
Spacious room with comfortable furnishings. Very comfortable bed and a nice view of the river and dam.
-
Good service, clean establishment, and quiet rooms. We would definitely return.
