Upon arrival the receptionist was nice and she promised that she will move us to a new room facing the river the next morning. Next morning the receptionist was not friendly and grumpy. We did end up getting a new room in afternoon, but her customer service was terrible. This probably would be the last time for us there!

This hotel has a great potential, but lacks at the execution! we were there for 2 nights 3 days, interacted with at least 6 hotel staff members, and not even one smile! Our room was very specious, but not clean. Floor was so bad that our feet and socks turned black. Coffee table had food & coffee marks. Overall, the location is great, the attention to details, not so much!

No roll-in, or low threshhold step in shower, and no fold down shower seat. There is no ADA toilet, no bidet, and not enough room to accomodate a wheelchair even close to the toilet. The top of the bed mattress is 36 inches high from the floor, the most aggregious barrier to the nights' sleep paid for. This company had the opportunity to make these accomodations while extensively remodeling this property two years ago, yet thre apparently was no intent or interest in actual accomodation. Allocating ground floor rooms, yet no detail toward handicap accomodation to those rooms is appalling. To fellow Handicapped, or limited mobility travellers beware this property made no effort to accomodate you. Making your stay comfortable was not a priority. I hope there will be changes made, this should be a property that includes accomodations for everyone, not exclusionary.

excellent property, very clean, very professional staff. It would be nice to have the bar and restaurant run by the hotel to avoid not being able to take things back to your room.

the view upstairs neighbor blasting. music untill 3am. and then starting back up at 7am.

2nd floor rooms are very load. Seems like you. Old hear everything and didn’t sleep well as the room above us was awake until after midnight

Absolutely beautiful remodel stayed on the Multnomah side, amazing view, and wonderful amenities… utilized the beautiful pool area & work out room and thoroughly enjoyed the history of the native buildings on the water, very important to honor the land and history ! However the above guests had multiple children and it sounded like a herd of horses starting at 6 am, called the front desk to ask them to call the people above but they wouldn’t answer, the people continued and constantly opened and closed the sliding door for hours … not a good way to wake up !! So ask if there is kids above… otherwise a beautiful place ans willl stay again but will surely ask detailed questions..

This was a great stop for our family. The hotel seemed a little short staffed so it took a bit to check in but you could tell it was only because they were busy, which we understand. The restaurant was also a little slow but honestly the food was delicious and it was worth a little wait. Would definitely stay here again!

Location of hotel was nice Having to kill 3 earwigs and a mystery bug that was on the bed. Im not sure if that room needed to be fumagated or not.
