The walls are very thin and you can easily hear your neighbors. the smoke detector went off in my room after midnight and the poor receptionist didnt know what to do

The treadmill did not work the showerhead sprayed water everywhere everywhere but the room was clean

Check in was terrible. The girl at the desk wasnt anywhere to be found. People waiting to check in while she hung out with her friends on the side of the building. Pool and hot tub were filthy. The rooms smelled bad and had visible stains on the bedding and bedskirts. Maid tried to clean our room before we checked out. Alot of confusion on how to charge our card for the pet fee. Very long wait while they called someone to walk them thru it. To many issues, we wont rebook with them again.

Breakfast wasn't bad some good choices. Location was hard to find. The rooms, pool, and spa weren't very clean. Beds are uncomfortable.

She then offered 1 queen bed in downstairs room .we agreed being hot and tired..then she told us since we booked thru Expedia which was 3rd party we couldn't change our reservation. So we had no choice but to leave. This morning there was a $208 charge on our bank account from this hotel. Horrible service never going there again. She was so rude about it. Im still just baffled!!!
