Disappointed in our day was really gross even to look at on our first night. Stay there this morning. We woke up two in our bed as well as all the nightstand. I reported it to the front desk and it came on or did something but yet the very next day we still woke up to ants but just not as many. I would not stay here again.

The beds and bedding were amazing and so comfortable. Appreciated the mini refrigerator and coffee in the room. The buffet breakfast was clean and the food was perfectly cooked. It was well maintained with fresh food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issues we had were: 1) When we went to shower, stepping onto the bathtub floor it made a horrible creaking sound with every step that was such a horrible sound that it really ruined the bathing experience completely and needs immediate correction. 2) When opening the window curtains I noticed some soiling and stains that needed cleaning or replacing. Overall the stay was restful and comfortable. We liked the proximity to a Mini-Store, Gas Stations, Starbucks, and McDonalds and it is such a beautiful area.

Yes the breakfast was fresh. Good chocolate chip cookies the night we stayed. We did get a ground floor room which was good because they do not have an elevator. No mat for the bathtub. The price for the room is way too much for the facility.

At checkin the hotel clerk said my room number out loud so others in the lobby heard it—that’s been a no no for years now. No elevator which was stated in the description, but the stairs seemed steep. Overall a tired facility not too friendly for consumers need for rest.

Breakfast was always stocked. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. The shower water was very hot which I love.

I used the laundry facilities on site. The washer worked great, but the dryer had no heat so after $3.00 everything was still soaking wet. I told the front desk she said oh sorry. Told me were a laundromat was. The rest of the stay was fantastic

Menu was continental. Expected fresh fruits juices and many things that were fresh. No complaints

When requesting a door near the side entrance to make it easier to get our dog in and out, the woman at the front desk upgraded us to a suite for just a little more. It was very convenient and we were so thankful. Room and bathroom could be updated. The shower floor squeaked when using it, however the room was very clean and comfortable.

The bed was alittle bit firmer than what I remember but that’s just me and the stays have always been effortless and always good, this is why we stay a night there when we have a medical procedure done the next morning in the Dalles.

Pool was colder than typical indoor pool temperature. Walls seemed really thin as we could hear conversations in next room.

We had a good one-night’s stay after a long day chasing waterfalls. The room was clean and provided just enough space for our group of four. Regarding staff, everyone was friendly and as helpful as can be. Our stay concluded with an excellent breakfast.
