The indoor pool, breakfast, and the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly and helpful.a I got charged for a suite, and was given a double queen room. Then I requested for a pet friendly room and was told they didn't allow pets. But allowed it this one time. Then I requested a smoking room and they are a non-smoking facility.

The breakfast was very good. Good variety of things to eat. Only complaint is that the room was not made up so when we returned to the room in the evening I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. Our room key didn’t work, so I had to make 2 trips to the front desk.

Other guests seemed friendly, breakfast was average, staff was okay nothing extraordinary. Big areas of paint chipping in pool area, pool water level was lower then what it’s supposed to be, gps led me to a random field I had to look up location myself lastly the fire alarm went off at 5:30 am Monday morning with no fire present, no idea or explanation on what happened or caused the alarm. Lots of guests were upset and awoken out of shock.

Room wasn’t that clean, the sink didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, the coffee in the morning was from the day before… I didn’t eat the breakfast because they didn’t serve it until 7 am. The staff was friendly though. Poor management maybe.

The beds were very soft. The rooms felt clean and modern. The breakfast was really good. There was a large selection of hot versus bakery items. There was a dead roach right when we entered. That really brought the place down a notch for me. I felt like I was constantly looking for more bugs. I am happy to report that I did not see any or any signs of any bugs. That one probably came in through the front door.

Property needs to get rid of carpet and air conditioners in the room smell musky the same in the fitness room! Also need individual coffee creamer instead of cream from a pitcher!!

The price was excellent. The location was excellent. The staff was great and the food was better this time which I appreciate greatly. We booked through Booking.com and they could not find our reservation or a confirmation number in the system. It took us three hours to check in so I would not use this reservation service.
