We enjoyed our stay but we missed the old Drury. We stayed here a couple years ago when it was The Drury. The Drury had excellent inclusive with happy hour and dinner with rate. But they left and this new place took over. Still same building structure but no happy hour or like the clerk called it "kick backs"... Anyway, we were pleased with nearly everything. The popcorn machine was a little messy and so was breakfast bar around cereal. But we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (little cloudy water). A good deal and good place to stay for concert wknd.

Clean and location is good

I don't understand why they charge 10 dollars a day for parking. The parking lot is large with plenty of space.

It was ok

The beds were amazing

The shower in our room was horrible. Barely any water came out. We could hardly take a shower. I’ve had better showers in public camp grounds. The breakfast was horrible and they served the same horrible eggs and potatoes and sausage every morning. Terrible stuff. Also there’s no mention of a daily parking fee on the website. I will never stay here again.

No wifi. Water from the fountain in the lobby are horrible and the cleaning are not the best
-
Pool and exercise room out of service and furniture all over the floor working lot

The hot tub was nice! Staff were all helpful and polite also! Definitely planning to stay here again :)

A good value for The Woodlands. The property is clean and well-maintained, with some good amenities (pool, fitness center, breakfast). My room, near the back, was also quiet despite being just off the freeway. The bed was comfortable, and I like that it had a microwave and mini-fridge (though the latter froze my food and I didn't see a way of adjusting the temperature). There was a $5-10 daily charge for wi-fi, but it didn't work for me anyway, for some reason. Despite these trade-offs, I'd stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

It was a good hotel for a one night stay. Affordable, clean, close to restaurants and easy to navigate to.

Very clean. Very nice. I called 5 other hotels in the area to see if their hot tubs worked. None of their hot tubs were ins service. I called Heritage Inn & Suites and their pool and hot tub were in service. They were clean and well maintained.

Convenient to area shopping and restaurants! The Woodlands Mall is within 10 minutes driving time! Parking at the hotel was adequate. The room was adequately cleaned! Amenities were good except for the swimming pool and hot tub as the water was cloudy.
