Super 8 by Wyndham The Woodlands North

The room smelled worse than death. Cockroaches. Broken lighting. Ancient carpet. Broken elevator. Highway noise.

I done got the COPS pull up on me for taking the hotel staff Martha’s free redbull offer. I was told to leave but I thought meant the lobby not cancel my entire four night stay. I was kicked out the premises and can’t book here neither should anyone else if the police is call this quick

Gets the job done but is not a great place to stay if you’re looking for a great stay. However, for the price is all right.

The hotel seemed to be in transition. The parking lot near our room was covered with old broken furniture. Our room was very worn and dated. The room was so humid that the bedsheets felt damp. The television could only access streaming programs if you submitted your own sign in credentials. I mentioned that and several other problems to the attendant in the morning and issues were resolved, but with attitude.

Close to highway

Rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds, and very clean. Front desk staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Housekeepers were very friendly as well. I love that it was very quiet at nighttime.

Staff was really nice in the room.Especially the bathroom , it's kind of gross

The room was clean but showing its age. Two lights out (one missing a bulb), stain on the sheet, musty odor in room, a/c worked great, very limited breakfast.

I cannot recommend this hotel. As soon as I walked into the property, I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. When I got to the room, it smelled heavily of humidity and mildew, the lighting was extremely dim, and the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It felt old, dark, and poorly maintained. The conditions were so unacceptable that I left immediately and did not stay in the room at all. It’s incredibly disappointing that I was charged for a room I never used because it was so far below expectations. Between the misleading photos, unpleasant odors, and lack of customer service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stuff was great the person who chech me in he was really nice room are decent overall you get for what you pay

Check in -the front desk girl was not very welcoming. At night- had kids above my room ( 2nd floor ) smoking weed all night long. Smell penetrated down to my room. Never again will I stay at a Super 8 motel.

yes, hotel is too old of hotel and didn't look to clean at all.

there was roaches..

There was a roach in the BED we checked out immediately after taking it outside and smushing it

House keeping came at 10:30 banging on the door we extended our stay one night and they were banging on the door at 10 am

Everything is ok

The manager on staff was the only good thing

My previous review was for a different location. I apologize, this place was great. Great staff, quick service. There was mold in the shower. But not a lot.

Price was decent All good
