Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were very helpful. Upon arrival I was able to check-in early. However, I was asked about noise due to construction. We had 2 French bulldogs with us. I thought we chose the room with less noise -we did not. Every morning we heard banging. It sounded like it was coming through the roof at one point. I inquired about a better view when we arrived. There wasn't a room available. I was told they would reach out to me the next day because there would be a room available. They did reach out, BUT in order for us to move rooms, we would've had to pay another pet deposit. We decided not to change rooms. The staff made sure to make up for construction with gifting us free breakfast the following morning, along with extending our check-out time. I do not think the King Suite was worth $400/night. Behind the king sized bed hadn't been vacuumed and dusted in months, no microwave to reheat food from restaurants, or additional sink to wash cups/hands, no lighting in the coffee/kitchenette nook, and no way to stream your favorite streaming svc w/out becoming a Hyatt member. The lights in the restroom were very dim and there's only one way access to the restroom, which is through the bedroom. Again, for the price I was underwhelmed and disappointed. I would not stay here again due to the hotel aesthetic. It does not meet the upscale, Market Street vibe. It's outdated and needs serious upgrades.

The room was clean, the staff was amazing, and the bar had delicious drinks! We enjoyed our stay!

Great area for shopping. We walked to Ecanto! At the Cynthia Woods pavilion. Staff were super friendly and helpful

Great location!!
-
Very well maintained hotel, central to everything. Only complaint , beds and pillows were terrible . It was like sinking in an air mattress :(

Our room was smaller than anticipated and even though we requested a quiet room the 7:30 am leaf blower and the noise from the housekeepers workroom above us at 8:00 am woke us both days of our stay. We ordered food from the resturant and found the food to be just average. $40.00 to valet the car was a bit much for this property. Overall the staff was very accommodating but in my opinion, the hotel stay was not a good value.

The perfect place to stay at The Woodlands and everyone is so kind it just makes you feel truly welcomed. I would stay here again any time!

Location was great. Parking was easy. Clean and safe area free from people begging for money or causing trouble. The TV is so old, not even a Smart TV. The price is a little too high, I don't think it should be $566 for 2 nights. That being said, I would stay here again for the convenience and the safe environment. Also, this is Texas. I understand the 30.07 signage, but the 30.05, 30.06 is pretty ridiculous. In this day and age, traveling with a concealed handgun, especially by a licensed individual is necessary and not unsafe. Once again, this is Texas and you are also located in a very conservative area. Keep that in mind.

Fantastic location! Restaurants and fantastic shopping!
-
Amazing location! The staff is wonderful and the parking is very convenient!
-
Hotel was beautiful but the view from the room for that price was horrible
-
Great location and helpful staff. Clean. However the humidity level in the rooms (everytime I stay) is super high and if you turn the ac up one degree, the heat cuts on. Also carpet was ripped up in room 523. Needs replacing ASAP

One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting The Woodlands!

Great!

Overall, we would not pay the money to stay at this hotel again. The waterway Marriott is about half a mile away and much nicer.
-
Great location. But rooms are a bit humid, not sure why
-
Great hotel, shopping right outside door.

Great location for concerts at CWMP or shopping but a bit over priced and maybe that’s why!
