The best place to stay, especially for a show at the Woodlands. It is a 5 minute walk to the venue--which is scenic. The hotel is beautiful as well.

I've stayed several times for concerts. I love the convenience of parking and walking to the Pavillion. The hotel is beautiful and always clean.

The room was great. The hotel was beautiful. I got in late on Saturday and wanted to get into the hot tub. I was told the pool areas closed at 11pm. I went to the front desk about 10:15, to ask where the pool was. They told me the 2nd floor. So I went to the pool floor got to the door and tried my room key and was not allowed in. Tried it on the gym and it works. So I walked back down to the front desk to ask what was wrong and a different person was there. She looked at the time, it’s now 10:32 and she said it was closed?!? I was very upset about this as I wanted to soak my body for like 15 minutes. It was a long day and I was told I could, just to be disappointed and walked all over the hotel for no reason. Waisted my time! I was blow to enjoy it the next morning. Maybe you should post the times and rules if the pool/key so people know

We had an afternoon meal at the bar...My wife enjoyed the chicken wings. I had the shrimp tacos, it was so-so (not flavorful). The staff were very helpful and accessible. Bath towels were very rough.

Came for a concert at the Pavillon. Perfect location, great staff and accommodations. Highly recommend.

Not our first time, and definitely not the last time. There may be some better prices, but we feel like we get what we paid for when we stay here. We mainly stay here when we walk next door to the concert. Since we were dealing with health issues this time, it was perfect. Walk was doable even in heat. The rest was great too, and we splurged with a nice breakfast in bed.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was storming when we got there and the valet staff was so helpful with our luggage and parking our oversized vehicle. The place is gorgeous and clean.
