Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Tierra Verde

We spent one evening. The staff were very friendly and polite. They truly seemed interested in accommodating our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. There are only two elevators and one of them was out of service for our entire stay which was inconvenient. The room had an individual air conditioning unit. Due to the age of the technology we woke up every time the air came on but it worked great. The view from our room was spectacular. We would stay here again. Overall a very positive experience.

Exceptional

This hotel is a well-kept property with beaches, restaurants, and bars close by. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our 31st wedding anniversary and look forward to our next visit.

Nice hotel with good location. Clean and modern hotel. Only beef is the $12 charge for parking which is a joke. Parking lot is shared common area with several other businesses. There’s no competing venues or beach access to warrant a parking fee whatsoever. Its gouging in my opinion so next time when asked if have a vehicle the answer will be no.

Destiny and Tracey at the front desk are absolutely phenomenal. I would like to stay just to see them and have their customer service again. Hands down, the most friendly and helpful peoples I loved everything about the property.

Its just okay. I tried paying for an upgrade but they didnt let me. Terrible view loud AC and needs better carpet cleaning. Breakfast is good.

A beautiful place to stay.

Excellent experience! We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied. The receptionist was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh food. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The hotel had a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, and the entire staff provided excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Everything was wonderful!

Excellent

This was my first time staying here and I was impressed. I arrived after 16 hrs car ride and was greeted with a smile in the bright lobby. Breakfast was amazing with a little bit of something for everyone. Eggs tasted like really eggs not from a container. Staff was readily available to clean and replace anything needed. We did not use the hotel pool, but did use the resort pool at the restaurant next door. Just ask the front desk for a wristband and towels. Overall I was impressed and will stay again when visiting my daughter at Eckerd.

I truly enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised. I booked a king size room and the room was rather spacious and comfortable. It was very clean overall, the bed was comfortable, my side view of the marina was nice, my son enjoyed having access to the larger pool, etc. the free breakfast in the morning was nice, although more options would have been great: pancake, waffles, etc. I thought I was getting the perfect Marina view based on what I booked but I did not get that. Overall, I don’t have any major complaints to be honest. I enjoyed myself and enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach. I can’t think of anything truly. However, this was minor but I didn’t understand the empty room closest to the entry. I think that could have been a half bath or even another bedroom. It was a waste of space but it did not interrupt my comfortable. Just a suggestion. Also, there were two front desk clerks that i encountered. One was relatively new and was reviewing training when i checked in. I don’t remember her name but she was tall in stature and she had such an amazing personality! She was so pleasant and so kind. Then, there was another front desk clerk, and again, I don’t remember her name. Respectfully, she was short and heavy set and I believe she wore glasses. She was not very pleasant or friendly. When I checked out, she made me feel as if she was inconvenienced. She don’t smile or ask about my stay or anything slightly friendly.

such a great place to stay on vacation. This facility had some of the best employees, staff, and accommodations. Exceeding expectations were from the staff at the guest services. Breakfast swinnipool and view awesome!!
