Very well maintained. Resort wa clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Staff was super friendly. They really should just include self parking in the daily rate. No sense annoying people over $28 that could have just been in the rate.

This location is a monument must visit for its history we were treated by Nickolas at the front desk and he took great care of us and even helped us stay a extra day. Then we meet Susan I believe she was in charge of the work out room but she took us around and showed us all the amenities very informative with restaurants locally as we’re foodies. We did eat at restaurants inside hotel which were good. Property is located in a perfect location and the access to beach was priceless and perfect talk about the perfect sunset my god was it perfect. We will be back soon!

This was an exceptional property. The food is good but not excellent. We did venture out a couple of times and found very good food near by. The beach front is amazing, all the views are so beautiful. Loved the live entertainment on the beach and at night. Beautiful shops and amenities. I would definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Don Cesar costumer service the best! The price for the chairs and cabanas was very high.

Clean room, attentive staff worth the money!

steps from the beach, 3 lounge chairs per room included. Restaurants on property were good. pool was clean. bar area was nicely shaded and excellent drinks. Room had a loose toilet and the air conditioning unit was very loud. parking is tight.

Beautiful hotel . Had a great time

Great beachfront location, with two pools, friendly staff, and very good food.

Then the hotel proceed to charge me $76 twice for parking & my mom $76 for one day of self parking. We called to ask for the appropriate charge and we were transferred between multiple ppl over 30 minutes just for them to say it’s already been handled; it wasn’t refunded. Their “nice” restaurant is a rip off. The hostess and GM both said “we’re new here and haven’t really eaten to food” when I asked for a recommendation, but somehow they both had tried and recommended the most expensive item on the menu. The waiter did the same thing when we asked about wine. We asked other guest at the hotel if that happened to them and they said yes. We all wished we stayed somewhere else. The staff was extremely rude and made it feel like I was in the wrong when I asked them to look for my ring. They said they’ll get to it and that was it. Dinner was $840 for five people and we all said it tasted like Outback Steakhouse. They lost a $500 Oura ring and barely made one call to lost and found, then they proceeded to over charge for parking.

The rooms were very small, and the food—specifically the menu—could be improved; otherwise, the beach was excellent and the pools were fantastic.

Millie was a wonderful housekeeper. And Becky was excellent at the restaurant.

Overpriced. Value for money is terrible. Rooms have many ergonomical issues. Bathroom was not clean

Grand old hotel, preserved beautifully on a gorgeous speech. Nice room, nice facilities. Found beautiful shells in the gulf water. It was a bucket list destination, and did not disappoint!

This hotel is amazing! Love the history and elegance! The whole staff from check-in to beach service to restaurant to bar and entertainment was top notch. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spacious.

Vintage oceanside resort. One of the best Gulf of America locations in Florida.

Amazing experience. And for the item or two that wasn’t perfect, the staff responded and adjusted promptly. Friendly staff.

Beach front They put us in a room that the only view is a big metal box, ridiculous for the rate we were paying for. Could barely see the sky. Bed is terrible, mattress makes you bend your spine, could not sleep at all.
