Good place
-
Nick at the front desk was great! His exceptional customer service made our stay memorable.

I loved the property, the beach amenities were perfect. The pools were really nice. We ate at two restaurants and the food was great. The room service was wonderful.

Beds are full not queen. Otherwise a great property.

The Don Cesar is a beautiful resort hotel with friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, a great location, and plenty of charm. We stayed for 4 nights and had a Grand 2 Queen Room with a gulf view. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

It is a nice hotel and a great atmosphere. Restaurants were great. But the beach needs to be cleaned up so that we don’t have to walk around dead seaweed and rotting trash. It would take a couple hours to clean and it would look so much better. But overall it’s a nice place. Just getting a little carried away with prices, charging a premium for the rooms and then a resort fee, and then asking $317/day to use cabanas is a little much

The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our housekeeper was exceptional—she kept our room spotless and always made sure we had plenty of fresh towels and bottled water. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed several meals and drinks at the resort throughout our week-long stay. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. We truly had a fantastic vacation and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The dirty sheets the air conditioning looks like the engine of an airplane the bathroom too small and full of mold the room is a can of sardine or I recommend it not even to my worst enemy

👍
-
beach view excellent
-
Self parking was difficult, there weren’t any signs that showed where the entrance was and was difficult to enter the hotel with luggage. The elevators were difficult to use and no one explained it to me . Not located to anything is you like any kind of out of the hotel bars/ restaurants. As for a single traveler, this hotel was not for me

We had a lovely stay! Everyone was friendly! Great pools and beach. The food was overpriced and just ok… but that tends to be the norm at hotels.
-
Great experience overall. Will definitely be back!
-
Poolside staff openly expressed relief when rain delays allowed their shifts to end early. While I understand weather impacts operations, overhearing this sentiment as a guest was concerning and detracted from the experience. Despite multiple requests, my room was never serviced throughout my five‑night stay. This alone impacted comfort and expectations. Overall, the stay did not align with the standards of a luxury resort, and I would not rush back nor recommend this property to friends or family.

Don Cesar was great!
