Dolphin Beach Resort

Location and staff was wonderful.

The pool and the beach location. Normally I would say the diner like restaurant and the burgers at Tiki Hut, Flippers. Those are the main reason I booked at Dolphin. The renovations caused both of those options to not be available. The plumbing is horrible. Toilets are so loud and seem like they’re going to explode when you flush. No water pressure for the shower. The restaurant being closed was not fun.

The view of the Gulf of Mexico from our 3rd floor, balcony guestroom was simply fabulous! Beautiful, amazing view of the beach, the ocean and was just spectacular! Loved the balcony and the room was very nice and comfortable. The Dolphin Resort hotel is currently undergoing a lot of renovations and parking right now was a little more burdensome, but we still had good parking out front. There's a lot of painting and remodeling going on right now, (September/October 2024). The main restaurant was closed right now. Still really enjoyed our 4 night stay there nonetheless.

We did not eat breakfast there, but if your place was run down the sand on the first floor beach front was horrible. Thank you. The bartenders were awesome, very friendly

The resort is in a perfect location this is my second year taking my 2 sons Someone stole my shoes from outside the resort

Location was convenient to the stores. Restaurants were close by Our room was not cleaned the days we were there. The trash was emptied and towels were added daily but room wasn't vacuumed or beds were not made. Found that odd

I loved the connection with the beach, only a few step from the pool and you were at the beach.

I loved the location close to everything. The hotel offers umbrellas and chairs. I have nothing to complain about

Friendly staff. Perfect location The fact that we had to move twice due to ceiling tiles falling down. It was a lot of work moving and then the last 2 days air conditioning problems. Not having chairs at the pool.

Staff is wonderful, and it is a great location Rooms could use a little updating. But nice.

The location was everything. It’s showing its age in many ways. The building could do with a make over.
