Everyone was very friendly and very helpful! Our room was more than we expected and kept very clean by your friendly staff! We had the beach right there for us to relax and enjoy! Our entire experience was fantastic!

Beach view

As someone who has been visiting this hotel for 20+ years it has officially lost all its charm. No hammocks , extra charges for parking and the loss of the outdoor bar was the main reason I will be looking for a different place to stay. No one wants to get dressed and walk into the fancy new restaurant every time we want a drink. Yes they do have staff taking drink orders by the pool but the wait to order, then the wait for them to return is very hot. You feel like you have to stay in your spot so they can find you and in July that’s just miserable. At the old bar you could walk up stand in the shade see a friendly face and leave with drinks for the family.

Staffs are nice and helpful. We waited longer to get our room ready but they gave us a 100 USD credit. The room is very clean and has a great view of the beach. Only one this is missing, they don't have a complimentary coffee at the lobby. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

The sirata was great! We were right on the beach, the staff was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. They have 2 pools so there was always a few open chairs & the bartenders were all great. It’s also a great location to walk for meals & easy to get to downtown st Pete. Would definitely recommend!

Beach was great. Resort great only issue was beach towels. The towel locker was empty 90% of the time.

Big disappointment from years pas

The perception of this hotel in my experience was horrible, the room was dirty, on the expedition page they offer breakfast included and the umbrella of Beach was included which was not true,

The staff were really nice and the closeness to the beach was amazing! The restaurant was also really good!

Restaurant

The room was clean. No beach view. Plan to spend at least $700 more than what you pay for your trip on Expedia. 25$ per day parking fee, $40 per day resort fee and $18 Per chair per day should you choose to get them. This trip was for 2 people. Dinner at Rum Runners was less than perfect in taste these are also extra's. Breakfast pancakes were very thin. All said the room was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. But we won't go back again.

Hotel staff was wonderful and the two pools great. The location is fantastic!
