Bay Palms Waterfront Resort - Hotel and Marina

We just stayed one night, but they seemed to offer a lot of things to enjoy during a longer stay. It was very peaceful on the bay.

The rooms were clean and spacious staff was very helpful.

The property was clean and comfortable. This location is not on the beach side but it is within walking distance This property has access to the sister hotels which is great! However walking to the sister hotel for front desk and ice was not ideal. Thankfully it’s not a far walk.

The employees there were kind from the moment we arrived!! Loved the marina deck and that my kids could fish from it. We had a great stay and will definitely be back! Nothing, it was very clean and loved everything about it.

Staff was amazing and accommodating, especially Rihanna, this young lady truly went above and beyond to make our short stay very enjoyable and memorable! We will be back!

Not much parking in front of the hotel.

Loved it Jamie and DJ were super helpful and the front desks girls were very nice. Loved the convenience of the property!

Parking was a bit tight and little challenging backing out on to Gulf Blvd

The beach and pool Not many staff around. One person helped tremendously. Very helpful with helping with luggage, restaurant suggestions and just an all around great person. Name was DJay. It would have been so difficult for my friend and I if we didn’t have DJay. What an asset!!

Air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night , no staff available due to office hours
