The breakfast is not good the second day I stay in the hotel I don’t know what’s going on but it’s OK thanks!

Staff was friendly, but no one was at the desk most of the time. Breakfast was small and not very many options. When we arrived the gym was under construction which is the only reason I booked this hotel vs other options. There was also outside work which started with chainsaw at 6:30 in the morning, not allowing restful sleep. It was conveniently located to Tiffin university

Housekeeping came in our room at 8 before we had checked out. Excessive noise from the room above us. We could hear the conversation word for word

Parking was less than ideal and stale tobacco smell in the hallway and outside but not in the room.

The staff that helped use checking in were amazing. I initially booked a room with a King bed for two. We ended up needing a room with two queens for three. She had no problem accommodating our needs. Will stay then again next year.

WHEN I CHECKED IN THE GIRL ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD I ASKED WHY BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM ON LINE. SHE SAID IN AVERY SNOTTY VOICE ENCASE YOU DAMAGE OUR ROOM OR STEAL OUR TOWELS ! NICE ! I will never be BACK! I PLAN TO CALL THE COUNTY BUILDING DEPT. TO HAVE THEM CHECK TO SEE IF THEY ARE TO CODE!

The staff was fantastic and while there are still signs of wear, the hotel is clearly very well taken care of. The rooms were clean, the breakfast area was immaculate, and the pool area was spotless. Everyone on the staff was so pleasant and welcoming during our stay. We had our golden retriever with us and even he was welcomed warmly! It is nice that they have a grassy space behind the property so that pets can sniff around. All around, a very pleasant stay and one we will be making again. The shower pressure was meh and the elevator was a little scary. All things we felt we could deal with.

The room was great and the bathroom was fabulous too. We were very happy with it. The breakfast was good too! It was right next to the hall we went for a reception, which made the location an amazing place.

Breakfast & staff were great Towels weren’t soft. They were scratchy.

Using pool area, went out to patio, was locked out of facility because our key card did not open door to get back in.

The hotel was very convenient for our baseball tournament, and was located only five minutes from the field. The hotel felt very clean and the staff were all very friendly. It was definitely an older hotel with fraying carpet and the elevator sounded rough. The biggest thing was our room had a musty odor to it.
