The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. The location was right next to the freeway - our window was facing the busy freeway. The toilet had very weak water pressure and didn’t flush the contents down well. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor.

I made reservation. I has some issue on the way to Tijuana from Chula vista California. I call around 5pm that I was going late. The lady in reception that took my call said to me that My reservation was cancel. The reason was that my phone was us phone +619 772-0317 she was not able to call !! So she decided to cancel my reservation incredible reply. I was upset complaining and she hang up on me . She destroy me previously staying. The people in reception.

The location was great , close to everything I wanted to stay another day in the same room on a Wednesday I arrived on Tuesday and the staff told me I couldn’t do that, when in fact the staff the day before told me at check in that I could.

In the morning, the water in shower and bath flowed out in yellow color, with dirt and dust. To have one more shower and bath before leaving was not possible due to dirty water.

Conftoble and clean I booked the room to rest before a medical procedure the next day and I couldn’t rest because the Hotel had a party with loud music until 2 am very bad experience

The people are very friendly . They have a party I have to wait the party is over to try to sleep
