Friendly customer service Housekeeping needs to make sure they mop the floors of the world. Good. I wasn’t white socks on my socks came out black.

The staff was great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and, fairly, well maintained with a newer smart TV. The biggest downfall was the restaurant. The quality of the food and drinks didn't match the price. The food was average to below average with an above average to high cost. The safe in the room didn't work. The shower door didn't shut properly and the only way to turn the shower on was to stand directly under the shower head. You got hit with cold water with no real way to avoid it. The shower/toilet area was very cramped.

Excellent experience. The room was clean, the service was great, and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended. The main downside was the restaurant. The food options were limited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there were very few choices available. There was also no juice offered, which made the dining experience a bit disappointing.

The customer service was excellent as usual, they helped my wife and I with accomodation in the lower floor as requested. We always try to stay at this hotel when we visiting Tijuana. It's a safe place and very convenient to find stores and places to eat.Our room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again !!! This time during our recent visit experience a water leaking in the bathroom. Water was coming from the shower floor into the bathroom floor thru the bottom side of glass wall. I guess the seal between the bottom part of glass wall and the floor was damaged and lots of water will leak to the bathroom floor. I brought it to their attention at the reception desk. Other than that, property meet my expectations.

Location was close to many shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable.
