Helpful personnel. A lot of jet noise, no ice machine, no elevators, doors on the outside. Overpriced for a stay. No included breakfast.

Staff, very clean, safe, quiet, close to ave Revolución, shower has accommodation for those with disabilities. Beds were super uncomfortable. I wake up with back and neck pain and so did my partner. Furniture also seems outdated.

One block off Rev, less noisy. Next to medium priced good restaurant been there 60 years. Stayed there before and rooms were worn. Maybe I got a room in the newer wing or maybe they redid them but noticeable better. Good off street parking. “Good” neighborhood for TJ. On site security guard at night. Their onsite restaurant is closed.

Loved our stay here. Close enough to Avenida Revolucion but in a much quieter area. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Lovely staff. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable rooms, great location, friendly staff. Near 24hour restaurant. Pretty rooms. There was nothing i didn’t like.

I like the fact that it was in close proximity to Revolution Street and restaurants. Room was very clean and well kept and the free use of Netflix was a plus.

Nice hotel, good staff, location is fine, in the middle of the block with two really good restaurants on each corner. I have stayed here many times in the past. Sadly, I will no longer stay here in the future. The hotel's WIFI is horrendous. If they don't upgrade their WIFI, I will not return.

The location is excellent, the bed comfy, but the carpets and the bedding were dirty. The room needs to be cleaned and the carpets washed, but other than that was a great stay. The check in process is very slow, but I understand they have to check the credit card and the ID many times, these days you don't know if someone is real with a real way of payment.
